Test taking is one of the most important things to have good skills at. Test usually have a significant effect on your grade. The more you are used to test and are prepared for different types of test, the better your grade will be. I know that when I take test, I get vary nervous and I cant concentrate, but when I have the feeling of being prepared for the test, I notice that I am not so nervous when I come to take it. You should always find time to improve your test taking methods, personally I try to devote one whole hour the night before a big test so I can remember a lot the next day. In school you will have various test that some will be easy and some will be vary difficult, you should always be mentally prepared to take whatever test they give you.
Personally, I am an advocate for cramming the day before the test, but not right before bed. Instead, I study first, do a little bit of homework, study some more, finish my homework, and then study once again. If I study a little bit each night, by the fourth or fifth night I will begin to feel as if I have over-studied and then begin mixing up each piece of information. In this essay, I have compared and contrasted both methods and it should be much easier for each student to choose a way that works best for them. Both methods can be effective, it just depends on the students’ personality in general.
In reality people who are only good at talking their way through interviews would be a terrible hire, but because of an excellent interview those people are able to fool the hiring manager into thinking they would be the right hire. It can be hard to distinguish who is all talk and who can talk and perform. In situations like this, it would be a good idea to see a demonstration of their abilities. Job simulations are tiny examples of circumstances someone would face on the job and the idea is to see who can handle them effectively (Adams, 2003). A successful candidate would not only have the knowledge but the ability to apply that knowledge in multiple settings (Adams, 2003). Thus testing them through simulations will allow them to demonstrate their

Interviews can be stressful for both the person being interviewed and the person doing the interview. This is especially true if you have not be trained on how to prepare for or conduct an interview. Post (2016) addresses ways the interviewer can prepare for the interview by researching the candidate and fully understanding the requirements of the job and the skills needed and then conducting the interview effectively.
Finding a good place to study will help a bunch, by making sure the spot is free of distractions (Dartmouth). Setting up study groups and using the library will also help when it is time to study (Hansen). Make a plan to study two hours for every hour that is spent in class, but just make sure that 30 minutes breaks are taken often and do not study the same subject after the break (Berkeley and Hansen). Knowing a good way to learn also helps. Some students learn better in the day time or better in the nighttime. Just figure out the best way to learn and then use that time to study (Dartmouth).
This mock interview has been such a great benefit on practicing my interviewing skills. getting feedback has helped me clarify my responses and find out what I am having difficulties on so I could perform better in an actual interview. As an interviewer it was a privilege helping my interviewees on which areas they are lacking so they can use as a reference in the
The practice interview was by far the best feedback I have ever had! In this one short thirty-minute interview I was able to learn so much about myself. There is so much apprehension that proceeds with interviewing regardless the type. My initial thought of having to go on an actual practice interview was nonessential and of course this supposition was inaccurate.
