Interview development is frequently the difference between success and failure. My personal experience on both being an interviewer and interviewee has helped me gain knowledge. This was an effective way to receive a comeback in an understanding environment. This assignment has helped me build confidence on how to be successful during an interview, how my strengths can recover my weaknesses, and how i can turn my biggest flaws into strengths.
During my experience as an interviewee it has helped me realized on what is expected, which is beneficial to any future interviews. Listing your skills, personal qualities, strengths and weaknesses ect. is helpful for any kind of question being asked. Being an interviewer, I have concluded that making a good impression is the key, it says everything about you, for instance, choosing the proper attire, hairstyle, having a good tone of voice, and body language. Having a conversation,

discussing your background and role of the position you are applying for helps having a high chance of being chosen. Being assertive and showing a smile can help calm and reduce stress during the interview. Taking notes, listening, and asking questions makes you become more open minded.
Knowing your strengths that is relevant to the job you’re applying for helps the interviewer determine if you are the right candidate for the position. My strengths recover for my weaknesses because I have more advantages than disadvantages. Focusing on what you know best at will make you become effectual. A person's strengths keeps them motivated and manage it for a better outcome. Having more strengths can make you satisfied, more creative and agile. Weaknesses are

Everyone has a weakness and at some point in life we have to eventually overcome it in order to become better. Having the right mindset can turnover any kind of flaw and having to use them for your own benefit. Recognizing your imperfection is the first step. Recuperate your weakness by saying how you could possibly fortify it. Focusing on your weakness more other than your strength will possibly lower your self-esteem, taking you to the wrong direction. Putting yourself in an uncomfortable situation can help improve in the areas you’re more deficient on.
