A country’s sustainable rate of economic growth is affected by the growth rate of labour productivity. The labour wages and construction cost can be stabilize or avoid any sudden surge by having balance supply and demand of manpower. By having a stable supply of well-trained labour, the industry could also improve their productivity and quality of works (VTC, 2001). Each project is unique and every day can present new challenges, the industry benefits from a variety of perspectives and background including the viewpoints of both genders. Although; this differs around the world due to the cultural differences and values of several other nations.
