Learning English today is essential. The English language is used around the world in almost all areas of knowledge and human development every day. The language of today practically it can be said. It is in the era of globalization, the great international language, a "lingua franca" that has affected all and affects various fields and professions more or less directly. Possession can no longer be treated as a luxury, but obvious as a necessity and too many reasons to say.

Recognized as the need of nowadays, the four necessities in language commonly known as the four language skills: listening, writing speaking and reading play a fundamental role in the apprenticeship of language. The four skills are the high points of language which will take people to greater heights. They are separate yet bound together with an inseparable bond. Educators can provide a range of activities to enhance each language skill. This skill is as significant as the others. When you have words read, ideas written and thoughts heard, all needed is to express- your speaking skill. What you speak will determine the expressiveness in you. Speaking has many masks- public, friendly or academic contexts are few from the lot. Each context has the same need for the skill. Statistics reveal that when you talk, you use about five syllables per second and there are more than forty different speech sounds. Thus, every time you talk, your audience must catch all the five syllables per second out of the air, must recognize the forty sounds in them, must translate the syllables into words and finally they must translate the words into thoughts- you got to help them succeed in doing so. Therefore, proper pronunciation, diction and building a good vocabulary should be on your prioritized list.
English broadens employment opportunities in the business field. A person who speaks more than a language is an ideal applicant for jobs in tourism and international trade. More and more renowned companies are looking for multilingual employees at the present time.
