Figuring out questions to ask my teacher in the part II teacher interview assignment was a lot easier than the part one because this time we were interviewing a veteran who has had the experienced and been through it all. Every question I asked this teacher he gave me clear and well thought answers on what stuff he did throughout his career. This man I had interviewed was a big time veteran at my former high school Lutheran. He was one of my favorite teachers out of my whole high school career and his name is Neil Meyer. Mr. Meyer is a history teacher and he also teaches other subjects like Math and English. However, he has been teaching for over 50 years and does not plan on retiring anytime soon. We were talking for hours about mine and his social life, but when I bring up the questions about my assignment for the teacher interview he was not pleased by it or interested at first. The reason for that was because he did not want anyone knowing his business of teaching or anything that was dealt with his career. But, when i told him it was for me and how it will benefit my dream on becoming a teacher he automatically changed. One of the first questions I asked was, “How is your teaching lessons taught weekly and are your kids enjoying and learning your old school teachings”? He responded saying, “Oh they better love my old school lessons, and also kids will learn anything it 's based on your teaching methods and how much time and effort you put in with a student, because in the end if they understand your lesson they will eventually start to enjoy you and your class”. The second question i asked him was how did you deal with the misbehaved students that never followed your direction? He said, “Just give them detention until they start behaving right or take their lunch privileges away”. My third question I asked him was, “What were your main goals every year from start of your class, what did you want to accomplish?” He said to me, “I want to understand each student 's goals for their future and to figure out who is who and what things might I do to help these student
