When you get really good sleep, It can maximize your athletic performance and help you focus and do your best. It helps you be awake for the incoming day that you have ahead of yourself. Also, if you don’t get enough sleep it affects your emotions and social interactions with other people. Many people think of sleep as a time when you “recharge your batteries.” Sleep has a big effect on our social relationships. When one person has slept poorly the night before, there’s more conflict in the relationship the next day. This is because when we are sleep deprived.
