The Breakfast Habit Breakfast is an important part to anyone 's diet. There are so many benefits that come with eating breakfast each day. In order to maintain a healthy diet and well functioning brain, it is beneficial that everyone eats breakfast everyday because it helps improve memory, energy, and concentration. All three of these things will help to improve one as a whole. When someone is able to have high concentration they will do better to pay attention in school and will be able to remember more of the information that is presented to them. When someone has a lot of energy, they 're endurance level for when they are working out will increase making them work harder and get in better shape. Breakfast helps improve peoples memories so it is important to eat breakfast everyday so that they can do better in school (How Does Eating Breakfast...?). Eating breakfast helps make sure that one gets enough nutrients they need throughout the day as well as having a better memory. When someone eats breakfast, it helps to replace all of the nutrients that the body is constantly using and it provides nutrients that the central nervous system needs, which is made up of the brain and the spinal cord.
