IMPORTANCE OF BREAKFAST
“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” If it’s so good, how come many people skip breakfast? But many people do. There are lot of excuses for not having breakfast, e.g Lack of time, not being a morning person, trying to lose some weight, not finding anything good for breakfast and having forgotten to have it.
During a busy morning when you don’t have time to eat, it's easy to let breakfast go down in your list of priorities or even skip it completely, but taking just a few minutes for yourself to have something to eat can really make a difference to your day an in fact will make it better (Shake Up Your Wake Up)

Avoiding the regular eating of Halva Puri, Nehari etc. as their energy levels are high (and they taste delicious, I know!) but they are short lived and the residual makes us bigger and heavier. So these foods are considered NO for daily intake whereas the fresh fruits and cereals are healthier choice.
Many Nutritionists give advice regarding breakfast such as:
• Breakfast should be eaten within two hours of waking
• A healthy breakfast should provide calories in the range of20-35% of your guideline daily allowance (GDA) (Shake Up Your Wake Up)
There is no such thing as a “Breakfast Person”. If you need to do something for yourself, you do it, and you can condition yourself to the habit of having a breakfast a part of your life and take pleasure in it. But whatever you chose for your breakfast
