Impact of Technological Communication Tools on Managerial Communication

Introduction:
Communication is the most important hub between people and organizations, particularly managerial communication which is between managers, employees, and other organizations and take place in work place. To send and dispatch managers goals to employee it is impressive to communicate in such a way which should take complete sense and less time, now a day the emerging of IT has made managerial communication so smooth and timeless, but it should be arranged in better way otherwise would be complicated.
The technology of twenty first century has brought fundamental changes to business and workplace especially in communication by using different kind of tools of communication which managers can use for communicating in workplace. The main technological tools which can facilitate communication in work place are like, videotapes, email, computer conferences, fax machines, voice mail, teleconferences and video conferences. We can mention some important of them as below:
Networking:
Networking is a technological instrument which has important utilization in communication, it can be voice communication or video communication, but it has some limitations that most of the time we can not keep them as evidence in our communication cycle, because of that it is better to use written form communication such as emails, text messages, and fax.

However employees have access to communicating technological tools, but it is more effective and impressive to communicate face-to- face .

Risky:
Risk is another main problem of technological communication tools, these tools can be affected by many internal and external factors, such as hackers and virus.
The technological communication can not be used as evidence compare to paper work which can not be affected by any external factors, and can be used as evidence.
De motivation in Team work:
It is practically proved that: those teams who work for a specific task or research will not work on behalf of manager if the communication is through IT instrument and would feel de motivated if the manager is present they would do their best.
