I, Chandler Gray, leave to my best friend, Krysta Ott, the Shrek song from all of our long life discussions and funny moments. I also leave Audrey II as a reminder of our time in theatre. Remember to feed it daily and give it lots of attention. Finally, I leave a riddle. As we’ve gone through high school, we have always been trying to solve the next clue and we finally made it to our last moments (and we made it out somewhat alright). Sometimes it has been puzzling and difficult, but we have always worked it as a team. You have inspired me to be the person that I am today and you are going to go so far. Thank you so much for all that you have done as my best friend. You mean the world to me. To Dalton Shepard, I leave a hotel key from our many …show more content…
Kevin, you are a star and I cannot thank you enough for all that you do. I really enjoyed getting to know you and hear some of your amazing stories. You have truly inspired me to become the best me that I can. To Mr. Willson, I leave a story. Your stories are both inspirational and interesting. I will never forget my time within APUSH as well as Student Council. Your wisdom and guidance has brought many of your students to where they are today. Thank you for pushing me to be the best that I can be. To Aaron Hughes and Alex Beard, I leave the back row of the bass section and the show choir department. You guys are going to do great things in the future. Keep up the hard work and determination as you continue through high school. Also, make sure to keep the guys from doing too many stupid things. To Makenna Steger, I leave an instrument. I know that you are going to be going into a pretty extensive college program. As important as your education is, it is also important to find a place where you can relax. I have no doubt that you will be successful in high school, but remember to also enjoy it. Also, I leave a dessert book for all of the good desserts that you have …show more content…
To Kasey Bouslaugh, I leave a pack of gum for all of the gum she has given me during class. I also leave an Evangel University key chain. This university has something special and it is going to be nice to know that no matter what is going on I have a friend that I can talk to. To Sam Elvers, I leave boldness. You are such a wise and intelligent individual. You think deeply and speak truthfully and honestly. Do not ever let anyone silence your voice. To Colton Motsinger, I leave a blank notebook as a reminder of your time in high school. You are such a cool student and you have so much potential in you. Continue to write your story and don’t be afraid to be yourself. I also leave a microphone. Own the stage in each show and make memories with the cast. High school will fly by and before you know it, everything will be over. You are at a pivotal point in your high school career. Use it to push you forward. To the Smith-Cotton Theatre Department, I leave the joy and magic of theatre. This program can and will change you if you let it. Don’t take the moments with the cast for granted because the special moments and memories like this fly by and will be over before you know
Good evening, Around 1:50 today (2/13/2017), I asked Angela, my direct supervisor, if I could leave for the day around 2:30 since the work was slow and everything that I was assigned had been finished for the day. She then informed me that the entire team would be staying today to do put backs. There was immediate resistance from the entire team since Angela had expressed to us all last week that "put backs were no longer a concern for our team and that the burden had been lifted and the responsibility had been given to Bob." That is a direct quote from Angela. I then expressed to Angela that I had some things planned for the afternoon and she immediately expressed that the things I had planned were all personal and they were of no concern to her.
During my time here I have met some of the most intelligent, friendly, and inspiring people I know within our schools walls; including meeting some of my best friends. For examples Stone Brackett, never have I met someone as intelligent as this man; Katie McLaughlin, she is the sweetest girl I know; Glenn O’Neil, without this gentleman our football team would still be in the bottom of the league. These are just some of the hundreds of different teacher and students who will be missed by myself and many. As we move on I will never forget the impact each and everyone has made on me. Mr. Calderwood, my Seaman Middle School eighth grade history teacher said, “Whether you like it or not, you have impacted my life and I have impacted yours”(Calderwood), which I believe is a perfect example of everyone’s inevitable impact on each
Good afternoon, I would like to begin by thanking the staff for the privilege of speaking before you on this bittersweet day. It seems like this past year has been a jumble of excitement, reminiscence of the past and uncertainty for the future. After dreaming about graduating since we jumped off the bus on the first day of kindergarten, it's finally here.
First of all, I'd like to welcome all the parents, relatives and friends, on behalf of the senior class. It has been a long, hard road to graduation and I know your presence here is greatly appreciated. My job as salutatorian is to reminisce on our past here at County High, a past that reads like a script of a soap opera.
Now I would like to take the time to thank everyone who has helped me get this far. First of all, thank you to all the teachers. None of us would be here without you always pushing our academic abilities to the fullest. Jessica Parker a.k.a. my partner in crime as Mr. Tri would refer to us. You made everyday coming to school worthwhile. Hillary Laswell, who would leave third period to go steal flowers from horticulture and give them to Mrs. Granillo with me. My brother Jeramie who always said, "If anyone is mean to you, I'll take care of it." My Mom, thank you for always believing in me and putting up with me when I was a real jerk.
Good day everyone, I wanted to send this email earlier but I got swamped with work and adjusting to my new schedule. I wanted to use this as an opportunity to thank you all for making my co-op (internship) experience a wonderful one. Thank you for teaching me, discussing with me, inviting me out, encouraging me and advising me. You all were wonderful and were immense sources of encouragement and inspiration to me. It was great to see people people in my prospective field, working and laughing together.
Let's take a moment to think back to the people and times that shaped us the last four years. Every teacher deserves a "thank you" for helping us to reach our goal of graduation. The love and support of our families has been greatly appreciated. But truly, the main ingredient of our high school experience has been our peers. We all faced hardships, but we were able to overcome them, together. And now, here we are once again, together.
“AWW! How long did you guys last? Two weeks?!? ” That is just one of the many conversations made among those going through a divorce.
Thank you for the continuous love and support. I want to thank the Grandparents for always supporting us and giving us unlimited cookies. I would like to thank all the amazing faculty at JMA. From elementary school to high school, you have molded us into the people we are today. Thank you for always being patient with us.
I've had the best two years of my life here at school whether it was doing projects together or hanging out and just talking. Thank You for helping me get familiar with the campus and life at Cabrillo, and for helping me out with math homework which I struggled with a little but managed to get by. I’ve learned a lot from everyone here. You guys have made me a better friend, but more importantly a better person. Thank
Let me begin by saying that I am very honored to be addressing the County High School Class of 2012 as students of this institution for the last time. We've spent these last four years creating some serious memories: four years of chieftain power, leaking roofs, questionable Homecoming skits, and musical principals. Four years of good teachers, bad teachers, new teachers, old teachers. Four years of youth, music, growing up and breaking free. Four rubber chickens, four yearbooks, four ASB presidents and four chubby bunnies.
Thank you for being some of the people I looked up to and being patient with me. Thank you for listening to my annoying jokes that were never really funny but you would laugh anyways. You both became my best friends growing up but it is time for me to go, I hope you cherish all our amazing memories because I sure did. Keep pushing yourselves and become amazing successful people I know you will be. You guys deserve it all and i'm sure you will accomplish everything you want and more, just don't give
I am so proud of having you all the amazing people in this world and would like to thank you all for being in my life. You all are the ones who make me laugh when I am sad, bring my happiness back when I lose it. You are my inspiration, mentor, and my teachers.
I want to say thank you to my sisters, La’Asia and La’Tisha for coming into my office on lunch breaks and filling up the silence the walls would bring. I will miss that. Thank you to my staff for acknowledging my birthday and making significance of the awards I received, that meant a lot. In a favor I just want to thank Dr. Jackson
...nd was wonderful to shop with. Michael was a perfect gentleman. Marnie was always encouraging and understanding. Nisha and Rebecca Kozitza were amusing . . . and so on. If it had not been for everyone's wonderful personalities we would not have been able to endure such cramped living spaces. The final farewell was testament to the closeness of our newly found friendships. I look forward to another alumni event. Until then, I will treasure the friends I've made.
