They are my 2 parents! I have to say thank you. I am now going to share a few memories. Firstly dad you think you are cool and funny. You are definitely funny, but. Cool, not so much. Most people over 40 is not cool unless you are will.i.am. But please don't take any inspiration in the way he dresses or you will embarrass me and also don't rap i really don't want to have to disguise myself in public. It was a day meant to be at Disneyland. My cousins came down all the way from South Africa to visit us, and seeing as theyʼve never been to the Happiest Place on Earth before, we decided to take them.

It’s the day, every little kid dreams of. The day where you become one of the big kids! Also to some point parents enjoy this day as well. Yes, it may make them sad to see their baby grow up, but the joy of seeing them slowly become more independent brings so much joy. I remember the day like it was yesterday.
Tonight, I want to share with everybody how loving you are as Mom’s husband. Since I am your eldest, I have seen and known how much you cared for Mom. There were many times that you asked for my help to surprise her for her birthday, for your wedding anniversary, and even for your “I want to surprise her because I want to make her kilig” act. You made Mom laugh even when she cannot and you made her smile even when she’s weak.
Kari, I want to note how beautiful you look today, and to tell you that this has truly been a special day for me. Thank you for giving true meaning to the word sister and for sharing the last 28 years with me. My parents and I have just loved this girl from the day she was born. To my parents, I cant thank you enough for raising me into the man I am today. Thank you for everything you have done for me and I appreciate you standing by my side even though I wasn’t the easiest child to raise (HAHA). It was the day, the day I have been counting down for weeks, the day I was most excited for, my birthday. I woke up on this wonderful morning to the smell of eggs and bacon streaming through the whole house. As I was about to get up and start my day my parents barged in my room shouting “Happy Birthday” while handing me a plate of food bigger than my head and a cup of hot coffee. I scarfed my food down so quick that I barley had time to breathe. I couldn 't contain my excitement any longer. I was waiting for all my friends to come over so that we could start all the activities we had planned for the day.
