The type of organization I chose to go with was a video rental store. Something along the lines of Blockbuster of Hollywood Video. These types of businesses create accounts for its customers, allowing them to rent films in DVD form for a period of time, and charging late fees when they are not promptly returned. The type of structure would include allowing customers to access their accounts through online services, as well as allowing the employees to access the customers accounts from point of sale systems on the showroom floor, as well as from behind front desks.
