A quesadilla can be an easy and low costing college meal. Ingredients needed to make are two tortillas, corn, tomato, shredded cheese and refried beans. First, take two tortillas out of the package and butter thoroughly. Next, grill the tortillas on the George Foreman grill. This will make the tortillas crispy. After you’re done grilling put on toppings of corn, tomato and cheese onto a tortilla. Then, put the other tortilla on top of the toppings and put the quesadilla back onto the grill. Finally, take the quesadilla off the grill and put refried beans on the side. Sprinkling cheese on top of the refried beans will make a delicious dip. Have fun eating your cheap, but tasty quesadilla!
Daily life in Chile depends on where you are located within the country. With it being almost 4500 miles long, the geography, the culture, and even the economy depends on the location. The north end, closest to Peru, is known for its agricultural resources, especially in mining. The central part, specifically Santiago, which is the nation’s capital and where most of Chile’s population is located, is the center of business. The south though, is colder, with thick forests that make growing seasons short. Despite the large differences even nation-wide, Chile is growing quickly. In 2013, Bloomberg found that “Chile’s economy grew by 5.5% in the last year—faster than predicted, and significant growth during a period when much of the world has seen only [small] economic expansion. (Gaiser) Chile is seen as one of the best South American countries, even with a smaller population. It has a population of about 16.8 million in 2013, 6th largest in South America. (South American Population) They are excelling in terms of competitiveness, peace, freedom, stability and prosperity. (BBC)
The resort is a magnificent place for relaxation- with many beaches, ruins, restaurants, tourist attractions, entertainment venues, and natural wonders.
Although Costa Rica did not have the prettiest water, it was still great for paddle-boarding. After getting away from the shore, the water was much clearer. It was actually a beautiful dark blue. This made for the best deep sea fishing. Another amazing thing to do in Costa Rica is a jungle tour. Whether it be by walking or ziplining, seeing all the different types of animals and plants was truly amazing. Unfortunately, Bonaire did not have the exotic jungles, but it did have many other interesting things to do. Because it is surrounded by the most gorgeous water, Bonaire is a scuba diver’s paradise. It is also a great place to snorkel. Below the water’s surface is a whole other world of beautiful sea creatures. Under water is the best place to be in Bonaire. Disappointingly, the landscape of Bonaire is not as marvelous as Costa Rica. Of course, any view with the turquoise water is exquisite, but the island itself is just a enormous desert. Driving around the island was one of the only things to do. The eastern coast is lined with rocks, which causes giant waves. Another thing that you will see on your drive around the island is the salt farms. Bonaire creates its own sea salt. The areas where the salt is made looks like enormous pink lakes. Although Bonaire did not have the most beautiful landscape like Costa Rica, it did have an amazing ocean
coral sanctuary reefs! The dining was always 'to die for' also, especially if you're a fish eater. Surrounded by access to some of the most inspiring
These beaches provide a place of rest and relaxation from the minute person steps on to one. One in particular that is the most famous of all of Puerto Rico would the Flamenco beach. This is the most attractive. The sand is warm as the summer sun and so soft your feet just sink. The water is crystal blue and shimmers as the sun sets on it. Even as the sun sets you can still see the coral reef with a spectrum of colors throughout these reefs house exotic fish and birds.
Costa Rica lies in the tropics and originated as a land of peaceful people and lush ecosystems. The Costa Rica of today is much different than a simple ideal tourist location. It is a country that ranks among the world’s highest in biodiversity. In addition, there is no separation between church and state. It is a country with a woman president and no army. The economy of Costa Rica is challenged on a daily basis and the education of its residents is recognizable. The purpose of this paper is to introduce readers to the many unique facets of the small Spanish speaking country of Costa Rica. My intent is to present information about the country’s geographical facts, biodiversity and ecotourism, religion, education, government and economical status.

Recently, there has been a concerted effort from the Brazilian government to project their country as a “serious” power on the international stage. After many years of what could be deem as a failure of realized potential, Brazil is finally beginning to understand its worth as a major contributor to world affairs. Given its strategic location as the second most important country on in the Western hemisphere, and arguably the most important country on the Southern hemisphere, Brazil is poised to become an international powerhouse, the like of which South America has never seen. To fully utilize the opportunities being presented to Brazil in the coming years it is imperative that the Dilma regime bolster its reputation through increased efforts of international cooperation with emerging world markets.

There he stands atop the stairs of the Lincoln Memorial, in the nations’ capital, at a podium, speaking to the world. The crowds faces full of hope. Ears opened wide and clear, for the Dr. is speaking today. He is speaking from the heart and telling the nation that he has a “DREAM.” Dr. King had a dream and as most people think that it is geared towards blacks and whites, it’s not. Dr. King wanted equality between everybody. He wanted freedom from racism and prejudice throughout the nation. He was very good in getting the emotional perspective of persuasion across to his audience. King was a very inspirational man; his words were so true and full of meaning. He spoke to everyone and got everybody involved. This is why people followed him and why I think this is the most persuasive piece we have read. He not only implies his wants but he carries along with him the wants and needs of every man or woman ever treated poorly because of the color of their skin or their beliefs. There is a certain unexplainable meaning and feeling when a man like King steps up in front of the world and says, “I have a Dream.”
... night parties and romantic escapade. The incredible restaurants on the beaches are stunning and present not only good food but a splendid setting to enjoy the most beautiful sunset. Have you ever considered taking a trip outside of the United States? If yes, let me take you to a country called Costa Rica. Now the reason I say Costa Rica is because it was a country I had no prior knowledge about, I did not even know where it was located until I did my research. After looking into this country a little deeper I wanted to know more about it like; the general overview, a brief history, the geography, the political system, the economic system, and lastly the cultures and subcultures of Costa Rica. Once I was able to dig deeper I found out that Costa Rica is a very interesting country with fun and exciting adventures waiting like hiking next to a volcano at night, rappelling down a waterfall, or ever soaking in a hot spring.
Everyone is a part of a community. Most people are a part of multiple communities. A community is a group of people that have a commonality. Sometimes it is based on where you live, hobbies, goals, etc. I believe that communities are created unconsciously and are connected to someone’s identity, especially when a person is considered a part of multiple communities. Sometimes, a person may connect very well with their community. Sometimes, a person may feel very distant from their community. In the movie, “English Vinglish”, the main character, Sashi, shows examples on how communities are created through commonalities, and the acculturation theory. Sashi was a part of multiple communities. A few communities included her, her Daughter’s school,
