Technology throughout the years has improved drastically. Cell phones and electronics is one of the largest industries in the world today. Apple makes, on average, $4,540 every second they have people working. This is because everyone these days uses technology, and almost everyone has a phone. The advancement of technology is not beneficial to humans because it has caused us to lose our ability to be alone, it has made us focus on more trivial needs, and it has made us spoiled. With modern technology, you are able to be in contact with your friends and others 24/7. It is so easy to just text them or send them a message through some social media. If a teenager is bored and has nothing to do, they will most likely pull out their phone, play a game, and text a friend. This has caused us to lose the ability to sit in silence with our thoughts.
