Are you in the market for a new car? Chances are you’re wondering what car is the best purchase. Having a little insight on a couple brands of cars may help. Everyone hates the daunting task of making a pricey decision, just to only later find out that big purchase was a mistake. Digging into both Honda and Ford may help you with that decision. Honda is a better car purchase over Ford, because Honda gets better gas mileage and they outlast Ford. That isn’t just the only reasons why Honda is a better purchase over Ford.
First, Honda is a better car purchase over Ford because Honda has more aftermarket accessory options over Ford. Everyone has different tastes, whether you like fast engines, nice body styles, different color lights, colored engine and car parts to match the interior, Honda seems to surpass Ford in these categories. When accessorizing a Honda, they’re known for body kits, neon lights, and top of the line stereo systems. They have been seen in racing movies, and are the best car to put tuner aftermarket engines in. They also have many options to choose from when upgrading a Honda engine. Ford is a lot more difficult when using a non stock engine. Not only is it hard to find a compatible engine that will add more power to a ford, but looking into aftermarket accessories in the styles you may be interested in, can be difficult as well. When installing an aftermarket engine some may ask how the car will function, but in fact, Honda cars run for a very long time.
Additionally, Honda has been proven to outlast Ford. In 2011 a man by the name of Joe Locicero from Maine drove his 1990 Honda Accord one million miles. Joe was the first ever documented driver to reach one million miles on the odometer. In return for such good ...

...onda seems to be sitting on top. I prefer a Honda myself as I am sure you can tell. I own a 1991 Honda Accord ex, and would not trade it for the world. I am currently wrapped up in a project of replacing the engine. The new engine is a DOHC H22 VTECH engine, which is going to get me much more horsepower, but still allow me to save money on gas as well. My favorite color is Blue. I have blue adjustable coil over springs, camber kit, and air intake. I cannot wait until my car is finished. Maybe, I can be the next documented driver to reach one million miles on an older car. With everything that has been presented to you the only question that is left to ask yourself is which car lot will you be traveling to in the future?

In conclusion, from the early 1950's and 1960's there has been two cars that have taken the American people by storm, the Chevrolet Camaro and the Ford Mustang. Both rivals have tried from day one to out do and out perform each other to bet the first to develop an affordable sports car that handles and performs like a $90,000 dollar muscle car. Each in its own right have established itself on the car market place with such creations by Ford for its 590-HP Super Stallion and Chevrolet for its 600-HP Big Block Camaro. The Camaro and Mustang have been looked at as the "First true American sports cars." They are arguably the two most rivaled sports cars of yesteryear and today. "The Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang are quintessential American pony cars and as such, continue to fight the good fight over which is best" (
Ask any ten enthusiasts what two cars epitomize the concept of an automotive rivalry and at least nine of them will instantly conclude the Chevrolet or Chevy Camaro and the Ford Mustang, two cars that make up part of a small automotive segment known as Pony Cars. These fire-breathing leviathans of the street snarl with guttural reverberations boastfully announcing their presence with the mere turn of key. For nearly five decades, these mechanical beasts have captured the imagination of the American driver and ignited the most contentious debate in automotive history: Which car reigns supreme? Muscle car buffs waste no time quoting sales figures, vehicle performance, track times, or even mundane statistics like vehicle dimensions or available colors to simply justify their support for one model over the other. As this debate rages on, the makers of these brutes fan the flames through targeted marketing strategies, consumer promotions, pricing strategies, and creative advertising all in effort to win an automotive war the likes of which have never been seen or fought before (Davenport, 2013).
...ot of factors to look at. One of these factors is the scarcity of the car. If they have made a lot of the car you want, it will be less expensive. Another factor is if the car has been changed from its original state or condition. If it has been broken or damaged it won't be as valuable. A third factor is the year it was made. If a car is 35 years old it is considered a classic. Classic muscle cars are more valuable than newer ones, but if a car is not yet a classic, than a new one will be worth more. Another factor in buying muscle cars is the market value. If you are looking to buy a car and there is another car that is just like it, chances are they are around the same price. You also need to look at the prices of gas. You don't want to buy a car that needs a lot of gas. You should also make a budget. You don't want to be paying for a car that you can't afford.
town. To go almost 600 miles in a Honda Civic is unheard of, but this was possible
You want to get a new car, but you are not sure whether to get one with an automatic transmission or one with a manual transmission. Well read on and perhaps this essay will help you out with your decision. Cars have played a big role in my life. When I was a little kid my dad and I used to work on his 197? Ford Granada. Every time something would go wrong with the car he would ask me to help him fix it. Not because I knew much about cars, because I didn't know anything about the subject, but because he wanted me to learn about cars and spend some time with me. Or maybe he just didn't want me to get ripped off at a garage when something went wrong with my car. Either way, we spent a lot of time working on cars. He taught me to love cars; I think it was because of him that I got really into cars. Unlike most people when they do something for a long time, they tend to get bored of whatever it is they're doing. But I, instead of getting bored of cars, the more I work on them, the more I like them. What I really like about cars is the engine. A car can look beautiful and exciting on the outside, but if you don't have enough power under the hood, the car will just end up being boring. The transmission plays a really big role on the car too because, besides getting power to the wheels, it can make or break the car. There are two different kinds of transmissions, automatics and manuals. Stick shift cars have played a bigger role in my life than automatics. If you want your drive to be boring or you're just lazy, no pun intended, ...
Today the automobile industry is stronger than ever, selling millions of cars to eager consumers. Every year new models are released with newer features and technology to lure the purchaser. Every manufacturer today should thank Ford for what it has done in the past, whether it was the assembly line, interchangeable parts, strong quality of the Model T, it's undeniable what Ford has done for the industry, economy and transportation.
The world of technology is ever changing and advancing. With the automotive industry in play technology is constantly surpassing what is available today with what can be done for tomorrow. Technology and the automotive industry go hand in hand with constant improvement to components of cars. Due to technology advancement there is competition within the car industry, especially between American car companies and European car companies. European car companies provide their buyers with innovative variety and revolutionary luxuries. European car technology is superior to American car technology due to their safety, entertainment, and luxury features.
The issue of whether customers should buy FWD and RWD cars is complex and controversial. Different people hold different ideas due to their drive experience and consumers attitudes. On one hand, lots of people believe that only RWD cars represent Luxury and high-performance. On the other hand, the car made on FWD are much cheaper and popular. However, most of customers are blind and ignorant on it. Many of them don’t even know the automobile layout of their sedan after use it for decades.
This case involves Ford and the Japanese tire manufacturer, Bridgestone/Firestone. The Ford Explorers which were prone to rolling over, came equipped with Firestone defected tires. The tire seemed to have a defect that caused the tread to separate from the whole of the tire and cause the vehicle to flip. Although Firestone knew about such defects, they continued to produce despite knowing the deadly consequences that lay behind their actions. The Explorer also had a bad reputation of rolling over and Ford knew it. As a result, fatal accidents occurred from these two combinations. Since this was a very serious safety issue, Ford and Firestone were ordering the recall of problem tires in Saudi Arabia, Venezuela and Asia but not in the United States. So, did the company act ethically in resolving this crisis? No, the companies failed to fix the problem in the United States. According to NHTSA, the tires have caused many deaths and injuries in the United States. In fact, these accidents would have not occurred if both companies have solved the problem immediately. Thus, despite the obvious safety issues, there were also fundamental ethical issues.
There are many different automobile companies providing buyers with many styles of cars, trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles. Toronto Star January 14, 2005 present ways to approach the automotive buying process. There are many different surveys, crash reports, and rating systems comparing different companies and their vehicles. Things you should look for when reading these published articles are who conducted the study? Who paid for it? Who gains from it? Who loses? These are all things to keep eye on as some automotive companies will run their own surveys making their products seem overpowering against the competition. Some prove their products are safer then the competition where the competition has been proven time and time again to make that survey seem inaccurate.

Honda has established a program for its suppliers to strive for improvements in order to meet Honda’s requirements. The goals of the BP program are to improve the relationship between Honda and their suppliers, reduce manufacturing costs, and eliminate product defects. They accomplish these goals by focusing on 5 key areas: Best Position, Best Productivity, Best Product, Best Price, and Best Partners (Bounds and Arnold).
One of the very first things a buyer should consider when looking for a car is what kind of car he/she wants. Many different factors can affect the car buying process. For one, the buyer must consider how big of a vehicle he/she wants and safety features like airbags, seatbelts, and working brakes. Itemizing a list of accessories can also help narrow down what kind of car to buy. While some people might prefer a Sedan with a large back seat and seat warmers, others may prefer an extreme luxury car with full stereo systems and miniature televisions. Every person has different tastes in accessories; luckily, there is a vehicle that can fit almost every personality. Most new models have the latest technology installed, although some of the “newer” used cars have the option of adding in those accessories. Once the...
In addition to the car model and color choices were decisions on options packages. And having seen the "pimped out" SUVs on MTV Cribs, complete with two or three LCD screens (one in the dashboard for the driver, of course), DVD player, speakers costing more than my college education, GPS navigation systems similar to those used in the Space Shuttle, heated seats, and 20 inch chrome wheels, my eyes were wide with opportunity. After checking on financing and whittling down the alternatives to what I might really need or want, I ended up with the most basic of standard packages.
