Nobody wants to be in a relationship where everything is just too much. A healthy relationship is when two people have a mutual understanding, when they makes decisions that pleases both interest, is what a healthy relationship is about. When in a healthy relationship, you should not make the other person feel, disappointed, guilty, hurt, mislead, humiliated, or anything. Those are unhealthy friendships that you would want to stay away from. Healthy friendship are good to have because it makes your life easier. It is always good to have a work relationship because at work, there is a lot of teamwork. Some people believe that work is just about work. You meet a lot of people when you go to work. People that you would now have to see everyday so it’s good to be in a healthy work relationship with them because you most likely have to see the people you work with everyday and not liking the person, would lead you too not wanting to come to work, not giving you all at work, causing attention and can lead to termination. No one wants to get fired over little things that can be solved. At most jobs there are a lot of team building projects which helps the co-workers learn more about their peers. This helps the work environment more healthy, fun, and enjoyable. Friendships at the workplace provides employees with support and a sense of belonging. Having friends in the workplace can be very important. Having a friend in the workplace will keep everyone committed. For example It’s your first day at work and you don’t know anybody. You want to come into the job with a positive attitude. Smile and greet yourself to others. That is the best way to start off a new job. When doing that you gain healthy friendships from your colleagues. They will feel comfortable to come around you and help you learn more about your workplace. Having those fellow co workers that bring you down, the ungodly amount of hours you have to work, and at time just the job in itself can be the reason that you have a horrible attitude about working. A friendship is a bond shared with another person, typically of common interests. A friend is honest, loyal, faithful, and trustworthy. It's someone you can share secrets, memories, fears, and dreams with. They stand by you despite arguments or disputes that might arise. Friendships can bring joy, as well as pain; friends want the best for each other, and sometimes sacrifices must be made. When making friends, you must choose the right ones by observing the person's qualities and how they behave. If the person behaves in a bad way, further away this person may lead you down the wrong path and get you into a lot of trouble. Having at least honesty, good communication, mutual respect, and lastly acceptance. While this does not guarantee that your relationship will be healthy for every it's a good start. As for the relationship of Lady Macbeth and Macbeth they start off their relationship with good communication and honesty. Good communication is seen as the ability to freely and openly talk about anything that may come to your mind. In the case of the Macbeth relationship this could be seen when the plotted the murder of King Duncan. This example is may no seem like it could be unhealthy to plot a murder but this did need them to have good sense of communication skills with one another,

Negative employees affect everyone that they encounter throughout the day. A negative employee is sometimes caused by something temporary in the workplace, such as budget cuts or workload increases. Also, hours can temporarily change because of holidays and the location can change due to disaster or remodeling. All of these examples may cause an inconvenience for an employee and they may react negatively to it. Negativity can also evolve slowly over time without reason. Negativity is contagious and may even affect positive employees. A way for anyone to avoid being negative is to “jump-start” their day and make sure they are being positive. If an employee comes in positive, it can cause everyone around them to be positive. If there is negativity going on in the workplace, it shouldn’t be avoided; it should be fixed. Negativity needs to be addressed so that a way to fix it can be established. Whenever an employee that is usually negative does something positive, praise them. At work I don’t have friends. I have co-workers. We compete for seniority “rights” and the only thing that we talk about is delivery related problems or about products that have been returned from the stores. My personal definition of "friendship" is a feeling or emotion expressed in such a way that another feels wanted and important, a relationship between a person or persons where everyone has some companion to talk to when their in need of one. I would define friends as people whom you can have several types of relations with and feel several emotions for that person. Someone that one might go to in time of need. However, friendships differ between people. For example, the friendship that someone may have between them and their parents would be different than the friendship they might have with someone their age. There are many different friendships that people have. Friendships can exist between best friends, friends, lovers, children, parents, siblings, and many more. All of these differ in some way.
