Group Problem Statement
Introduction
Wireless internet provides connectivity to students with laptops, tablets, and cellular devices in order to create a more accessible and productive learning environment. However, the idea that learning and accessibility should stop in a classroom limits the potential of the student and the university. Outdoor wireless connectivity is a major issue at Indiana University. Although, inside most buildings the connectivity is stable, wifi connectivity outside campus buildings is extremely weak.
With students constantly using the bus system as a main form of transportation throughout the day, it would be extremely beneficial to equip Indiana
On one visit throughout my community and common environment I was able to observe three separate groups. Within this paper I will describe each group individually provide detailed information regarding body language of the group individually.

The general purpose is to engage the students with a provided curriculum and play time for the children. Between these sessions includes various breaks where the students have time for breakfast, and lunch. The agenda is a way to better engage and develop the students through early education. The teachers plan the schedule catered to certain needs of the children, such as speech, behavioral, and psychological thoughts.
Domestic violence (DV) is a pattern of behavior used to establish power and control over another person through fear and intimidation, often including the threat or use of violence. Domestic violence can include physical, emotional, psychological, financial, and/or sexual abuse. Abusers may use pressure, fear, intimidation, separation, and other behaviors to gain and retain power over their victims.
The overall goals of the group is what attracted group members. Their common goals are to provide quality services to East Chicago residents. Group members are clear about the task they need to accomplish. They all work in the same department which provides them with common work experiences. Other factors that may have attracted members to this group is the size of the group. There are only four members which can facilitate communication between members.
This article discusses the use of the Internet in the classroom and how it can be used to personalize education. The effectiveness of the Internet in the classroom is evaluated at the Henry Hudson Regional School in Highlands, New Jersey. A faculty member at the school explains that the Internet was introduced to their classrooms to expand limited electives, advanced placement, and foreign language offerings. However the National Center for Safe Routes to School (NCSRS) provides federal grants to school districts to improve the existing infrastructure around schools in order to make them safer for student pedestrians and bikers. In an article published in the National Civic Review (2014), NCSRS founder and staffer Hubsmith and Mennesson state that funding for bussing is being cut in many districts. They go on to explain how this provides an excellent opportunity to encourage students to walk and bike to school. They cite a case study where a school district was given a grant to improve infrastructure around the school and eliminate one full bus route. This will save the district almost $50,000 a year (p. 41).

How an individual’s performance is affected by the presence of others was the question Norman Triplett thought of while reviewing cyclist speed records (Gilovich, Keltner, & Nisbett, 2011). What Triplett noticed was, races where cyclists were compete against another cyclist at the same track and time were much faster than when cyclist raced alone. With this, Triplett (1898) conducted what is commonly referred to as social psychology’s first experiment. A sample size of 40 children were first asked to cast a fishing line alone and on the second trial, one child was paired with another so that the fishing lines would be casted together. Triplett’s result supported his hypothesis that the presence of others enhances performance, or social facilitation

Wi-Fi (Wireless Network) or 802.11 networking is a phenomenal way of providing Internet wirelessly at a low cost. Using radio waves, a wireless network connects a PC, mobile phone or just about anything that connects to the internet wirelessly by a router. By transmitting signals at 2.4 or 5 GHz it allows the waves to transmit more data at a faster rate. Typical Wi-Fi standards are 802.11a, b, g, n, or ac and they can switch up the frequency depending on the model (Brain). Families can create their own wireless network that can be shared between family members without the use of hooking all their devices up to the modem and can also protect their home network from potential hackers with the use of a TKIP or AES encryption. Businesses can also create a “hotspot” which is an area that has wireless networks for free or at a set fee. This is extremely convenient for commuters that need internet access while they are at work, waiting on a plane, or just sitting at a coffee spot without the need for wires(Cox).
Having this accessibility, people with disabilities and students who have things going on in their life that prevent them from attending a normal school are in need of accessing an education virtually. Students with disabilities say that the Internet has improved their quality of life. With this statement said, it is known that people with benefit from accessing education virtually. People with disabilities are falling behind in education and careers, so having this as an option can improve both of those things. To go along with benefits from technology in the educational setting, people who live in remote locations, or have full time jobs in another sort can also benefit. Internet access in schools has experienced an extreme increase within the last decade. By the fall of the year 2000, 98% of the public schools throughout the United States reported to be connected to the Internet (NCES, 2000). This is a reported 63% increase since the year 1994. Also in 2000, the ratio of computers to students was one to six, an increase from the 1994 ratio of one computer for every eleven students (Mendels, 1999). Aside from having Internet access in school libraries and computer labs, the abundance in individual classrooms has dramatically increased. This allows for Internet learning to be more readily available to students on a daily basis. Statistically over 70% of schools have this access in at least one of their classrooms (Mendels, 1999).
