My interest in health forked off to include mental health a few months ago. However, since that time, trying to gain a better understanding of it. Recently while reading on the 'Net, I came upon a quote explaining depression that made perfect sense to me. "

Depression is fear with hope removed. It arises as we discover that something we thought could be ours will never be ours...

...depression is when we realize we'll never have it..."

The quote by Jed McKenna, a seemingly interesting entity, but will write more about him later.

Thinking of the times I have felt depressed, I realized that 'this' was exactly the case, my depression the cause of something I thought I would never have.

What is Hope (Faith)?

According to Dictionary.com:
