Throughout the play Macbeth, there was a very strong representation of the theme good versus evil. From the beginning where Macbeth murders Duncan to the end when Macbeth is finally killed by Malcolm, the theme good versus evil is shown consistently. The story of Macbeth is comparable to many modern day issues, but an issue that was prominent in the Western Hemisphere was the communist leader of Cuba, Fidel Castro. Castro’s life had many similarities to Macbeth’s, from Castro’s early life, to him coming to power, to him falling from that same power. The lives of these two men were very closely related.
