Giving back to Hawaii
I will give back to hawaii by taking care of are aina or land because this place has so much beauty. I would also do community service to make the island of hawaii more beautiful that everyone would see are island as the most beautiful islands of the world. Another way to help out the island of hawaii is doing community service or donating to hospitals, homeless shelters, and everything from the mountain to the ocean to clean up around the island of hawaii. I will help people who need help and who doesn’t have a home I will help them rise up and get them back on there feet and help them find them there dream job or career, I will help everyone who helped me when I was growing up and taking care of me and teaching me new things to get me through life which made me become a great person and someday in life I will give back to this beautiful island this island I would give so much just to make everyone come and see how great how beautiful all are islands are because they have a unique beauty in all of the hawaiian islands and they all have amazing things that you can do when you come here i will help make all of are aina look beautiful and clean I will give back to all the islands I would help clean it up and keep the homeless to get better and a better education for those that doesn’t have a home or family i will help them get better and make them get back on there feet so that they could have a better future in life and the past is in the past it’s time to guide them in the right direction but i will help are Islands by seeking what they need in life and as the future is coming i need to plan how i want to help the people and are islands and everything around us is what we need to focus on are island needs attention
When I stepped out of the hot, airless plane into the bright, dazzling sunlight beaming down across the burning concreate, I felt excited and nervous. Holding my beach bag in my hand and slipping my Ray Ban sunglasses on with my other, I flip-flopped down the airspace. Overhead I heard the screams of gulls and the chatter of the small fluffy birds. I suddenly realized I had arrived to Hawaii. This trip was such an unforgettable vacation for me because I got to witness the beauty of nature that Hawaii has to offer.
Ever human being has its own race, it is a categorization of human beings, for example, people are divided into black, white, Asian, Hispanic (Latino), and Hawaiian or others. These people share different cultures and languages, somehow these people immigrant into the same country and produce the next generation of “mix” cultures. This concept can be seen in both The End of Race: Hawaii and the Mixing of Peoples, by Steve Olson, and What 's Black, Then White, and Said All Over by Leslie Savan. In The End of Race: Hawaii and the Mixing of Peoples, Olson addresses the idea that someday there will be no race exist, but human might still share different cultures, and in What 's Black, Then White, and Said All Over, Savan describes the black language
My senior year of high school alone, I completed over 160 hours of community service. Being a full-time student and a part-time worker, unfortunately does not allow for much spare time, but whenever I do have a chance, I always volunteer through my youth group in church. One of my biggest goals in life is being able to give back to the community on a much bigger scale. Ultimately, I hope to even go full circle and give scholarships to Hispanic student like me.
In the central area of the Pacific Ocean lies the Hawaiian Islands spanning 2,400 kilometers long beginning at Kure Island, located in the northwest to big island of Hawaii (Edge of Fire). This island is 3,000 kilometers away from the nearest continent, which is North America. The creation of the islands today came from “Hotspots”, which are characterized as plumes of magma rising from the mantle of the Earth through the continental crust, creating huge shield volcanos which contribute to the land mass that subsequently gets created. With the help of divergent (creation) and convergent (destruction) zones, the Earth’s crust eventually moves the newly created landmass off the Hot Spot plume, effectively rendering the volcano extinct, and allowing for new land to be created over the still stationary (and active) plume in the mantle.
Hawaii, a tropical state known to many, and originally founded by the Polynesians, is a dream vacation spot for people around the world. It is full of beaches, volcanoes, and unique wildlife. Hawaii was announced the 50th state of the United States of America in 1959, however, was not always accessible to outsiders. The island has a rich history of cultural and political independence behind them before being annexed by the United States.. Imperialism has changed Hawaii for the worse due to the wrath of the United States infringing the indigenous culture.
Hawai'i is a land full of diverse people and ideas, starting from the Polynesians who decided to cross the ocean to settle and form the traditions practiced today by the Hawaiians. Unlike many other states, the beliefs of Hawai'i have managed to stay alive. Its unique culture is what attracts tourists most. Many people see it as a vacation spot, full of fun attractions and say, “When I go to Hawai'i I'm going to get some Hawaiian tattoos, they look so cool!” or “I'm going to buy a hula skirt, they're really pretty!” But all those hula dances and tattoos are not just for show. People do not know that there is more to it than ink or hip swaying; behind every hula skirt and every tattoo there is a story. Hawai’i’s culture consists of the significance of its dances, tattoos, and traditions that give Hawaiians their unique lifestyle.
Hawaii Volcanoes National Park The Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is about 30 miles southwest of Hilo. It is on the big island of Hawaii. This park is the home of Kilauea Volcano. Kilauea is one of the most active volcanoes on Earth.

While walking down the beach, the white, warm sand mushes between your toes. The sun’s radiant rays beam off your glowing skin. The sound of waves crashing blocks out the external world. There is no other place like the gorgeous tropical islands of Hawaii. The wide range of flowers, cuisine, and wildlife makes it one of the most diverse places on Earth; however, the unappealing aspects Hawaii makes it one of the most dangerous in the world.
I chose to write my essay on these two cultures, because they are both native to their land, and they were both overthrown, for lack of a better word, from their homeland by more “Civilized” people. They were both thriving, self sufficient cultures that were living and progressing fine on their own. But others saw them as primitive and wanted to change them. This is what I think they have most in common.

It is a family friendly location and one of the safest states in the United States. The culture is amazing and the people on the island are friendly and welcoming. There are so many once in a lifetime activities to do while in Hawaii. Hawaii is different than any other location in the United States, Hawaii is the perfect destination. Besides the fact Hawaii is full of beauty and breathtaking sights, there are so many fun activities to do on the island and the culture is something to be experienced.
