I am an agent for the Fairy Tail Guild. That means that I have the authority to make decisions for the guild when the master is gone. Right now the master is gone at a meeting so I am in charge, and I think I am doing an exceptional job. The last agent was evicted because when we needed to send a precise number of wizards in the guild to the magic council, he didn't acknowledge the ones on jobs and the guild was on probation for a month. That infuriated the guild because it created a abatement in jobs and it was estimated that 15% of the guild quit. This started an epidemic of dark guilds growing, and dark guilds have been notorious for shaming light guilds with exploding lacramas. The wizards that stayed worked industriously, many wizards
trekked up Mt.Hakobe to train.Consequently that had a devastating result in Vulcans being endangered. Most of the magic council is impartial about their decisions, except someone that it was irrelevant, and that they shouldn't care about the Vulcans. Well the master is back and I should be getting back at work. The guild has been quite busy lately. My job frequently makes me go insane, but that's what I love about it.
One final effect that the Black Death had on Medieval Europe was that the demand for labor was high. Due to the death of many laborers, the chances of being employed were high. One piece of evidence stated,” the new winners, the people at the bottom of the social ladder, saw their one valuable asset-labor- increase dramatically in value, and with it their standard of living rise (Document 8).” Another piece of evidence to go along with it states,” Due to the shortage of workers all labor became very valuable and in-demand (Document
Companies and factories were expanding and women and children were able to join the workforce. The Knights of Labor, led by Powderly, attracted both skilled and unskilled workers. They participated in many of the major events due to the Knights of Labor such as the Haymarket Riot and the great railroad strike. Another big labor union was the American Federation of Labor (AFof L), led by Samuel Gompers. While the Knights of Labor allowed skilled and unskilled workers, the American Federation of Labor only allowed skilled workers. Gompers argued and demanded for “a reduction of the hours of labor” and for better wages (Doc 6). Many laborers joined these labor unions to fight against the big
The Depression hit the steel industry with a blowing force massively cutting hours and wages and the silence echoed through the mills with massive layoffs leaving them empty for months at a time. Entering the mill was like walking through a “deserted city” and “Leaving them was like coming out of a tomb.” (p.269). With the blame being placed on the rich and powerful because of the outspoken way they were handling the devastating hit to the mills, the worker became very upset sparking the movement for a union.
The plague caused a labor shortage because many people died. So, people started demanding higher wages (which was strongly opposed by the guilds and nobles). When higher prices are demanded, revolt was put in their mind. These set the government officials off and they were either killed or left. These actions completely devastated the feudal system. Vassal was no longer subjected to lord because the lords were no longer providing for the vassal, but running for their lives from the plague, or dying. “Kings and dukes now had to bargain with their laborers over working conditions, and the under-classes were able to demand better compensation for their services.” 7
Between the advancements in farming and the guild system, people across western Europe were highly effected by some part of the economy or another. Early on in the Middle Ages, around the year 1000, farmers had heavier plows and had greatly improved when it came to harnessing horses (Palmer et al. 27). These two aspects made it considerably easier to farm because the plows had a much easier time getting through the soil, while having horses readily available and attached to the plow in the right way made the entire process faster, and overall a better experience. Advancements in farming made it much more productive, which eventually led to the feudal system. Because farming was becoming more and more productive by the day at this time, surpluses were starting to be created, ultimately leading to job specialization and guilds. During the Middle Ages, towns and cities were often home to a guild that specialized in one specific product (LeVan). Masters worked with journeymen and apprentices to perfect whatever craft their guild specialized in (McKay et al. 346). Because there were highly trained masters in charge of everything, from training apprentices to creating goods, it could be ensured that quality was up to par. The masters passed on their knowledge to apprentices, which meant that the products would still be of good quality after the original master ended their career. For the most part, guilds had monopolies on whatever product they specialized in (555). With one guild producing all of a certain good, consumers had no choice but to buy from them, meaning that if necessary, a guild that created a product that almost everyone needed could significantly raise the price, and people would have no choice but to buy from them. People working in the guilds typically made very good wages because of this idea. Economically, the Middle Ages progressed tremendously,
If I had the correct tools to help people out I would make a lot of players experience on the server a whole lot better. I usually am on the server for about 5-6 hours a day and on the weekend i’m on for way more. That give me more time than other staff to help people. I believe that i can promote the server in positive ways to. I will find new and revolutionary ways to get new players. They wouldn't be able to resist the temptation to play Uber. I would like to become a staff member because I love helping people and making them enjoy their Minecraft experience, as staff of my first few servers I played on were helping and supportive towards me, I think that's why I am able to be playing today. I love the minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and let the owner demote

Manorialism and Feudalism were weakened by the rise of merchant guilds, plague epidemics, and nationalism. The rise of merchant guilds facilitated long distance trade during the medieval period [1301 - 1500], and lasted into the 18th century. Guilds were social, political and economic organizations in medieval towns. They cared for social and economic welfare of members. Guilds assisted in the rise of new middle class. They enjoyed a trade monopoly in towns, allowed members to earn a living wage. Guilds bypassed or contravened feudalism and manorialism when they purchased self government charters for towns from nobles or started new towns.
In this capacity I serve as a liaison between my local tem members, administration teams, and management. This includes coordinating schedules, delegating tasks, and monitoring workflows.
Kris Kringle and his wife, Martha, agreed to move to Elfland and live and work in the village with the Elves making the toys. In addition, they agreed that his official name would be Santa Claus. The name “Earth” has not been used in 50 years. The year is 3024, and what once was Earth is now Unicornlandia, a world ruled by Unicorns and girls. Males are banned from this utopia, so they have inhabited Jupiter. Women, who are now more empowered than ever since men left, created a way to produce Unicorns freely, using artificial materials that they created. The women also figured out a way to make artificial sperms so the world can repopulate after males were banned. Nobody speaks of men, in fears of bringing them back somehow. It was a wonderful and perfect world to all the women and girls, who now don’t have to confine to society’s standards, since there is no society that judges them. Aliens and extraterrestrials often come down to
Imagine never knowing your parents. Imagine being lied to all your life. Imagine being moved from boarding school to boarding school, year after year. In The Wizard Heir by Cinda Williams Chima, this had been a reality for 16 year old Joseph “Seph” McCauley. Labelled a “troubled child” and a “pyromaniac” for things he cannot control teaches him that life is full of obstacles and you need to make a claim on the world and the ones you love to receive what you most desire (Chima 458).
I want you to know that I’m not applying or trying to become a moderator for power, or a name on the server. I want to help keep things in order, help players have fun, and keep the server up and running! I play quite a lot, and there aren 't any staff members on when I’m on. If I were a moderator, I would be 100% dedicated to the server, and I would try my very best to be on as much as I can to help others....
Growing up is a concept feared by many people, especially children. The future is scare because no one knows what will happen. Children are the most afraid of growing up because they are uncertain if they will make the right choices. The decisions one makes in life effects their future. This leads to children having mixed emotions about whether or not they want to become an adult. In the novel, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Lewis Carroll uses symbols to show the themes of growing up and uncertainty of the future.
