I want to be a scribe because I wish to serve patients in a more effective manner than I have in the past. After experiencing what it is like to work in a hospital environment for 2 years as a volunteer, I really want to take on more responsibility in the workspace. In addition, I am also extremely interested in medicine and I believe that being a scribe could help me learn even more about the field.
In her own words, my best friend said that my most dominant character trait is my "Happy-Go-Luckiness". She said that I generally try to cheer people up and I get really "hung-up" if someone isn't happy.
Aside from doing my job as expected, I can offer new ideas and my own initiative. In order to make the workspace as efficient as possible, I
Education is something I believe in. When it comes to school all I think of is being a future student of Old Dominion University. Ever since the 7th grade ,when I joined the avid program, I have had the dream to go to college. Teachers at Windsor Oaks Elementary school showed me how fun learning is. Plaza middle school instilled in me that knowledge is key to everything. Green Run High School is helping on my way to success. Education is not just the kind of things I do at school, but instead it is learning new things everyday. I am passionate about becoming smarter and gaining wisdom. Growing up, my parents always applauded my hard work ethic in school because they have realized the immense impact that education has. Education has allowed people to thrive more than anything else. Without
My extroverted personality has always been my signature trait since birth; it thrives best when I'm around others. I switched roles as "the teacher's pet" and "the class clown" often, competing for the highest grade while being the go-to guy for a good laugh. While the spotlight continued
“When you make a choice, you change the future”. - Deepak Chopra. If you choose me for yearbook you will be making the right choice, and you will be changing the future. Personally I like our school, and if there is things I enjoy I can put that into yearbook and make it more enjoyable for students! Yearbook is something for students to look back at when school is out, and if more students enjoy it, it will have a better representation which will make it more representable for our school.
I want to learn more about the medical field. I am very fascinated in the science aspects. You need to be attentive; sensitive to people’s needs and have a drive to address their needs in an utmost concerned manner. It is one of those jobs that require long working hours and often one must overlook one’s needs and cater to patients. I am a sensitive and very hard-working individual.
I want to be a nurse, specifically a nurse practitioner. I have always been fascinated with the medical field and see a bright future in it for me. I have the opportunity of meeting new people every day with a variety of personalities. There is always something new to discover in this field. A nurse practitioner's job is to be able to diagnose and treat illnesses. They also prescribe medicine and run physical exams. I am highly interested in pursuing the career of a nurse practitioner because the healthcare field is always in need for medical professionals, it pays well, and I am helping people at the same time.
From doing this task, I learned that it’s important to stay organized and work efficiently because when I keep my workspace neat and I work productively, I manage my time better, which allows me to get my work done faster and more effectively.
In this statement, having a humorous nature is an important part of personality but so is being irritable.
“It may be difficult to find your career path” is what I have been told. However, I can attest to the validity of that statement, as I reflect on my experiences in attempting to reach my destination. I am confronted with countless opportunities every day and as the curious individual I am, I found myself repeatedly asking the infamous question, is this final destination? But is hard to judge what particular experience drives the individual to a definite goal. However, I am one of those candidates who was interested in the medical field since childhood, the question was what profession best suits my personality and skills. I was certain of only one thing: I want to be actively involved in medical decision-making. So I thought to myself is it
From a young age, I was drawn to the healthcare field, not because the amount of money doctors, nurses and other health professionals made, but because of the dedication and contentment I saw on their faces helping someone in need. Growing up everyone wanted to become a doctor or a nurse and as a little child being a doctor or a nurse was a profession many parents wanted their child to pursue as a career. Needless to say, I fell into that category because I had high hopes that one day I will become a nurse. However, that dream came to a halt.

Doctors, lawyers, politicians, and engineers. How did they all get to where they are today? No matter the position someone may hold in society everyone has progressed to where they are in life because they had a teacher, someone who taught them in the way they should go. Teacher as defined in the dictionary as one who instructs. To teach someone is to communicate skills and give instruction. Today I would like to tell you why I would like to become a teacher. Specifically speaking I will tell you what has led me to this decision and why I want to become a teacher.
Writing has always been one of the things that I’m passionate about. Whenever I have something on my mind, I would jot it down or type it in my notes. No matter how small or pathetic it seems, I would always write it down, because you never know when you’re going to go back to it and create something grand, out of inspiration. People would think that a person like me would write down poems or novel ideas. That’s completely true, but I also write down recipes, grocery lists, hate lists and literally anything that comes to my mind. I’m the type of person that does not like to miss anything, forget anything and likes to include everything. People would say I’m a perfectionist or a control freak and as much as I would hate to admit that, it is true. While these traits of mine might hinder my writing process, during this school year I learned how to embrace them.
The best characteristic that can be used to describe me is that I have a sense of humor; I am funny. No simple explanation can be used to define why some people are funny, and others are not, but everyone reacts in capturing a moment can be defined as the source of fun.
For instance I am working in countdown I have done some aims which was correlated my work last month we had a aim I has to trade some stock in one week so, while this working I gave some opinion from my work member and we sell that stocks in one week it was good experience all of them and positive influence on workplace.
“Being effective at the workplace means to produce results aligned with organizational and personal goals, with minimal investment of resources. Some skills of effective people include collaborating, active learning, and taking initiatives.” (Kumar, 2010) These are three skills that I feel I currently have while I’m at work. I can work well with my coworkers when a problem arises. Usually when someone has a question about a claimant, they come to me because I’m one of the only employees who has access to a system that very few others have. There are also many times that I must sit there and think of a solution to a problem that a claimant. When there are program changes, little things can go wrong. When mistakes happen the first time, I use it as a learning experience for the
