5. How will your use case bring value to IGATE business/vertical
• Concept of Cascading the Goals would be convenient for both the Employees and Managers as the Manager can Cascade the required Goals to his team and hence the errors while manually entering the predefined Igate Goals can be overcome.
• As we have Identical Goals across the Bands and the Business Units , the Business HR can cascade the goals at once , across the Business Unit and this would inturn facilitate the Employees if they miss to enter the Goals or in some cases Employees who try to modify the predefined Goals can be overcome and maintain Uniformity.
• Goal cascading also provides an opportunity to edit the goals while cascading and hence in scenarios where certain mofidications are needed , the changes can be done and cascaded.
