Name tag hunt • Ice breakers are very important for any class reunion. This kind of activity is actually one of the ice breaker games. As people register their name on the guest book, let them pick up one random name tag at the entrance. Tell them that they have to find the person that the name tag belongs to. This game is a good way to increase familiarity with one person that they have not seen for almost 10 years. 2. X-change gift • Each of the class reunion members must bring one gift and the gift will have its own number. Before the events end, each of the members must randomly pick one number. Then, they can get the gift based on the number they picked. 3. Hero & Heroin of the Night Award • The winners of this award is judged by all of the members. They are judge based on their attire that really followed the theme of the reunion event. Each of them has to write two names of their classmates which are a man and a woman that they feel he and she deserves the award. 4. Photos Slide
Margaret Talbot, the writer of “Best In Class”, describes how the valedictorian system isn’t an accurate representation to reward students for their achievements through her use of logos and diction.

As the lights flashed and the representatives walked down the red carpet the audience was awed by the sweet smiles and mature beauty that radiated off the couples. They respectfully encapsulated the love and Christian faith of our school as they all clapped for our homecoming king and queen. There surely was a reason they were voted representatives for they showcased sweet attitudes all night long, smiling, hugging, and enduring long periods of picture taking and never complaining. After the red carpet showing of our homecoming court everyone enjoyed delicious fruit punch and a couple slices of the cake all while talking and simply enjoying the beautiful decorations and hollywood themed atmosphere. When the mood shifted and Winter Formal began
It is a tremendous honor to be considered for membership in the most prestigious Honor Society available at Wapato High School. It is even more grand to be able to work towards enrollment in the Society side by side with such an astoundingly gifted group of young men and women. I am only being considered for potential membership in the National Honors Society because I have demonstrated an exemplary academic attitude, and have proven this through the grades I have attained during the years I have spent in the Wapato School District and the fondness amongst my teachers I have achieved. There are also other characteristics besides good scholarship I must fill for membership in the Society, those being services I have done to benefit others in the community, leadership positions I have held, and an original and interesting demonstration of
I am beyond honored to have been thought of as a candidate for the National Honors Society. It is something I have been working hard for ever since I was in middle school. The qualities one must have to be sought out for of NHS are of extreme importance to me, because this is such a grand opportunity.
Being nominated for the National Honor Society is an honor and a privilege. Throughout my high school career at The Good Hope Country Day School, I have strove to achieve the best potential grades. Aside from academics, I also strive for success in athletics. I have been a member of my swim team for nine years. Presently, I am a co-captain of the team. From being a captain, I have learned the essential qualities needed for Leadership. I have learned how to create unity and build strength within a group, and how to cope with issues in a group. These skills can be used anywhere whether it be on the team, at school, or in the community. As a member of the Interact Club and Student Council I am very involved in the community service events and fundraisers, as well as events at school. Apart from school I lifeguard and teach swim lessons for community service. I am an extremely dedicated person. I follow a rigorous daily routine starting with practice, them school, then another practice and then home for homework. School, sports, and family have always been my top priorities. I believe that my leadership, positive attitude and determination for success will make me a great attribute to the National Honor Society. It would be an honor to be inducted into the National Honor Society.
By appealing to younger generations, I can attract numerous students to a field that they might have not perceived as an interesting. In committing to such tasks, I can help create a great community that is accepting to all people and non prejudice to others. Most of the tasks stated above were discussed with Mr. Ward, Dr. Wanko, Dr. Degnan and 3 of my colleagues. The more knowledge and leave we leave in our community, the more likely, future generations will help advance our grand history and make this community a stronger and more accepting community. The one major thing, I would like to do is creating elementary school chapters, possibly by using the National Junior Honor Society Students, and having them do a presentation on a little aspect of Bayonne History, and then present it at a community event, where they will be judged and the best schools get awards. This will encourage them to do better and the competition will help bring awareness to Bayonne history. They can also discuss about social issues that are present today, and bring instances in history where such things occurred and how it was

I have heard so many stories of people forgetting their high school friends or going weeks without contacting their families. This is absurd to me because these people are central to my life in college. Luckily my best friend from high school is also going to Georgia Southern, so keeping up with him is not hard. However, if he did not go here, I would still stay in contact because the people in my past remind me of how far I have come. My family’s role in my life is a constant reminder that I have people who will always love and support me. They tell me I can be who I want to be if I just keep trying. Keeping in touch with these people severally boost your confidence and well-being in school. They will stick by your side and push you to be the best you can
will have people generally in the age group 18-25 and will be having a lifestyle where they have
Class of 2012, as we sit here this evening, I would like you to take a look at the classmates sitting around you. Many students have given countless hours of time, energy, and passion to worthy cuases that they have been a part of throughout high school. However, those aren't the only students deserving of recognition this evening. We have students here tonight, who have taken a stand for what they believe in, not even hesitating to compromise their reputations.
Host Family Fun Nights throughout the year to highlight the healthy progress going on in the school. Use these occasions to inform and educate parents on current wellness and nutrition issues.
My high school graduation was one of the saddest moments of my life. Although I was excited about graduating, I did not know what I was going to do with the rest of my life. In Maya Angelou’s “Graduation,” Angelou was excited and proud of all that she had accomplished. In Flannery O’Connor’s “A Late Encounter With the Enemy,” Sally Poker Sash was proud that she was finally graduating and just wanted to show that off to all the “upstarts”. In the two readings the pupils are contrasting in a few different areas, and a couple of those areas are in pride and feelings that their families have being involved in the graduation.
