What is ethical leadership?
Ethical leadership can be defined as a style of leadership in which people demonstrate conduct for the common goal that's acceptable and applicable in each area of their life. Ethical leaders demonstrate the vision, aim, and values of the organization and of the constituents, within a thoughtful of decent ideals. They unite the goals of the organization with that of the internal workers and external stakeholders. The main thing is ethical leadership is the style of the leadership in which a leader operates and organizes all of his behavior within the acceptance rules and regulations. These are the basis characteristics which is essential for the leader:

In this 21st century, ethical leader need to think about business ethics, especially social responsibility. A good ethical leader always wants to practice good ethics within the company and got the success. All of his activity focuses on the maximize value of the stakeholders; however ethical leaders also a human and there must be room for the mistakes.
Ethical leaders are not different with ordinary people; they all pushing themselves to make the world a enhanced place with making motivate and cheerful stakeholders. For this they must be dedicated and be professional all the time.
What basic tenets would help to develop into an ethical leader?
Several executives we classify as an ethical leaders. But every leader are different and the way of behaving others is different. So, what common characteristics of leader profound and deep sense of moral principles, values, and character at the core of their leadership. What is a leader? Who are chosen to be leader, and why are they chosen? What set these certain individuals aside from everyone else? A leader is someone who can encourage even those with feeble hearts, insecure souls and self-doubting minds. A leader takes not only their vision but everyone’s vision and create one beautiful creation that is seen throughout the world. My experiences with leadership range from the worst to the best. Once holding a great leadership position myself, I can testify the benefits of great leadership and the disadvantages of horrible leadership. Through my experience with great leadership and the effects on the people, it seemed to the naked eye that everyone was thinking the same thing at the same time. In actually it was the leader uniting the members together on one common chord to produce a sound that would remain in the souls. A leader is someone who not only leads, but also encourages people to do their best, share a collectively common idea or passion with a group, and challenge the process of a traditional style.
Looking at the first word in ethical leadership we see, as stated in the Webster-Merriam dictionary, ethical is defined as “following accepted rules of behavior: morally right and good”. When we think of someone who is ethical we, first, think of someone who ‘follows the rules’. By following the rules I mean someone who in the eyes of the majority is morally sound. Having strong morals is what I believe the key is to an ethical person. On the other side of the definition of ethical is defining it as having inside oneself the desire to do what’s right over what is wrong. When we speak about someone who is ethical this desire is one that is not dependent on external forces i.e. no one can sway an ethical person’s mindset.
Y Scouts describes an ethical leader as someone who is not afraid to do what is right even if it is unpopular or inconvenient (Y Scouts, n.d.). They also state that some of the traits an exemplary ethical leader will display are honesty, justice and respect to others (Y Scouts, n.d.). The leader I think exhibits exemplary ethical conduct is Travis Zarlingo. He is a Foreman for a construction company in Las Vegas and always shows ethical conduct at his company. First, he is always honest. He is open and truthful with his employees and fellow co-workers. He speaks the truth whether people like it or not. Leadership is being able to direct or guide other people by either your own actions or by actually guiding them into the right direction (Acumen). Inspiration to be a leader might come from many different areas like your family, friends, peers, or even teachers. My inspiration didn’t really occur to me until I started attending college in August 2013. In all actuality I never even thought of how to be a leader until I was in Mrs. Moore’s Perspectives class.
