What is ethical leadership?
 Ethical leadership can be defined as a style of leadership in which people demonstrate conduct for the common goal that's acceptable and applicable in each area of their life. Ethical leaders demonstrate the vision, aim, and values of the organization and of the constituents, within a thoughtful of decent ideals. They unite the goals of the organization with that of the internal workers and external stakeholders. The main thing is ethical leadership is the style of the leadership in which a leader operates and organizes all of his behavior within the acceptance rules and regulations. These are the basis characteristics which is essential for the leader:

In this 21st century, ethical leader need to think about business ethics, especially social responsibility. A good ethical leader always wants to practice good ethics within the company and got the success. All of his activity focuses on the maximize value of the stakeholders; however ethical leaders also a human and there must be room for the mistakes.
Ethical leaders are not different with ordinary people; they all pushing themselves to make the world a enhanced place with making motivate and cheerful stakeholders. For this they must be dedicated and be professional all the time.
What basic tenets would help to develop into an ethical leader?
Several executives we classify as an ethical leaders. But every leader are different and the way of behaving others is different. So, what common characteristics of leader profound and deep sense of moral principles, values, and character at the core of their leadership. Effective leaders always adopt their job as a creative facultative to pursue their own hopes and dreams. To become an effective leaders these points needs to be cover :
