Issue and Cause
The initial issue was that exchange students are unable to communicate with professors and classmates in a classroom environment. Exchange students are foreign students from other country that are attending an academy at a different country. Imagine yourself in an exchange student’s shoes. How frustrating it would be if you could not communicate with your classmates, understand the lessons in class or even ask questions in class. This was a major issue in most exchange academies in Europe because of the vast language barrier between them. This issue poses a learning threat to two parties: the home country and the exchange students. Exchange student’s purpose of studying abroad was to learn more about the country they are going to visit. However, a large language barrier can minimize their learning experience. The classmates and teachers are at loss too. By not being able to communicate to their exchange students, they may be losing their chances of experiencing a new perspective. The Global Experience realized this critical issue and proceeds to solve this.
History
The Global Experience Organization was formed in 2005 in Munster, Germany. It got started as a classroom project between professors in an academy for exchange students to learn the language and to communicate with each other. The project was to make videos that teach varieties of subjects that are taught in the academy; the subjects were often related to language. The program was created for exchange student in Schiller Gymnasium, Munster, and partner schools in Namibia and Poland.
In addition, Exchange students started using the online dialogue as a tool to learn the language and improve their skills in the classroom. No doubt, this project was...

Everyone know that education is very important because it give people an opportunities to change their life and open new door that can never existed without education. It is the only thing that no one can steal from you because it is a forever lasting knowledge. With a good education, you can give your parent and family a better life and something they can be proud of. I once heard that knowledge is power, with knowledge you are respected by you peer and by many others from societies. If everyone in the world had a good education, we would have less world problems, less word hunger, and technologies will be way beyond its time. In realities, education can change everything.
The thesis, or the main idea of the book, is that by using specific communication techniques, we can turn difficult discussions into productive learning conversations.
...heritage and language of all the students. Imagine how it must feel to be in a strange country with little or no knowledge of the language.
Being an international student is exciting. It offers a lot of exposure and scope for improvement. Canada has a lot of institutions that accept foreign students, but before that, the practical difficulties an international student might face in the country should be noted.
Going to study in a new country can be a stressful experience, from learning the culture norms to new foods. Culture shock is common with international students. Culture shock can include, meeting new people, language barriers, social behaviors, and a sense of community. A students comfortability with the culture of their new home can determine their learning experience. It can be an emotional rollercoaster, being so far away from family and friends. American culture is difficult to understand. International students find Americans to be confusing. Social norms vary depending on the part of the country a person is in.
...nteresting finding is that the fluency in the host-country language worsened the effects of role conflict on adjustment (Shaffer, Harrison, & Gilley, 1999). Although a business conversation may be conducted in English, people may certainly think in their own language according to their own cultural norms, which may not be fully understood. Another research said that, corporate language training is part of expatriate preparations (Hayet, 2000). Language learning may improve international adjustment and lead to increased satisfaction and fewer turnovers (Shaffer & Harrison, 1998).

Education is essential for everyone. Education plays a critical role in the development of a generation of individuals that is virtuous and in turn contributes to the development of good people. Through education, a person is able to develop mentally, but also physically and socially. To the youths, education is important as it helps them to develop the principles of life, enables them to make the correct career decisions and also prepares them in the pursuit of the goals that they may have set for themselves in life. I strongly believe that a good, heck, or even a regular education is a right that cannot be taken away. Education is a right and not a privilege.
First of all you must remember that in becoming an axchange student you will most likely learn a new language. This can be a valuable asset later in life, for example some jobs will pay employies extra for being able to speak multiple languages. Also if you were to ever move out of the country it would aid you to speak the language or to be somewhat familiar withthe country. Finally I would like to explain the opertunities to learn that the program offers. I believe that the exchange program could allow oppertunities for many students to learn not just about culture but also about other people. I Believe that as well as accessing these opertunities many students would also have the chance to learn
Therefore, this is able to encourage the ability to communicate and appreciate the depth and diversity of the world. Communication with two different countries, or three, or four, will further bring the world closer together, in hopes of closing the divide between some countries. By learning a second language, it can significantly broaden your native language as it gives you stronger vocabulary skills, improved literacy skills and a better understanding of the grammar and construction of your own native language. Furthermore, this can help you in other educational studies. Though it is possible to travel to another country without acquiring the native language, the experience you will have is greatly diminished as you will not see beyond the surface of their culture. Additionally, knowing the native language makes travelling easier, by being able to order meals in restaurants, ask and understand directions. Additionally, it makes it easier to find accommodation, it’s more enjoyable, informative and more satisfying. You are able to further understand and appreciate international literature, music and films, by being able to understand word plays, innuendoes, cultural references, metaphors and further improve your ability to speak the
Before I come to the United State as an exchange student, I lived in Thailand. I was also born in Thailand. I was always wanted to get the experiences in other country. I am so lucky that my parents are supporting me. Some of my friends, they are also want to study abroad but their parents did not agree with. I could not be here if my parents did not support me and give me suggestions. I came to U.S. in the senior year but my school put me in junior because they could not let me graduate if I will be study in this school just 1 year. So I have to repeat another year but I know this is not worthless, it is priceless.

...attern among language learners have seen that they are no longer following the path of traditional students where the learning process occurs only in a classrooms. For the new generation of learners the learning process can occurred anywhere they wanted it to be. And the learning process also must not only involving the tutors or teachers to be with them having eye an eye contact during learning process, this is because the learning process nowadays can be done without the tutors or teachers being right in front of the learners. All they need is a digital devices that can connect them to the net and the learning process can be done through the digital world. However this doesn’t meant that teachers are no longer needed in learning process. Rather they can now try to come up with a more creative ways in having classes and should be more interactive with the learners.

Nelson Mandela once said,“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. Education is the process of gaining information about the world. Education gives us knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something even better. Access to education is the foundation of a democratic society, because it provides an opportunity for all to achieve the American Dream, ensures equality and justice, and allows for our country to compete globally for a prosperous future.
