In college, high school, and any form of education, and maybe even work people like to skip class. Whether they would rather go surfing, hang out with friends, or just are too lazy to go to school that day, people skip. When class is skipped it often comes with consequences. Lower grades, imperfect attendance, loss of information, or even failing the class can all resort from not regularly attending class, but there is help. There are multiple ways to make sure you make it through the semester.
Many people happen to have some instances come up where they are not able attend class. Not all people are lazy and just decide that they don’t want to go to class that day, some have a genuine reason. The person may be feeling ill, have a child that is ill, or maybe even a court matter that they need to attend. Even so, they are still missing class, and this comes with consequences. Not only to maintain their grades, but to also make sure they get the education that they need. An education is imperative for an adult avoid becoming a burden on society. But as stated before, there is help with issues on skipping class. Some ways to avoid missing class if you aren’t intentionally skipping are to set multiple alarm clocks, on opposite ends of the room. Brew a pot of coffee, and drink it at least a half hour before you need to be awake and energetic.
To sum up my essay, you should never skip class, but sometimes it is necessary to miss a few classes here, and there. Some people miss intentionally because of reasons only known to them, others miss because of family or personal issues. But no matter the reason, there are always consequences for skipping class. GPA may drop, absences build up, and people get into the habit of just missing class. No one likes these situations, professors may get upset, benefactors, such as parents may get upset; and the student may get discouraged and upset with
