ENTRENEURSHIP ASSIGNMENT JOYTI REDDY
I choose jyoti Reddy as my entreneurship because she proved how nothing can stop human being from becoming whom he or she wants to be in life. She started her journey as small field farmer and now she is a CEO of software company in the united states of America. Her hardship teach us value of life and how to think beyond the situation.
Early life
Due to her family financial problem she was admitted to welfare orphanage and to get the admission she had to become a motherless child. For Jyoti, it was heart breaking situation as there was no one to share her happiness and sorrow. She was not able to see her mother during the days when

she learned how to deal with the situation in hard and practical manner. While at orphanage she attended a government school and took vocational course while residing in the superintendent in household work and that time she realized in order I have a beu=autiful life, she should get a decent job first.
Human being can make any plans they want but its god that decide their success or failure same thing happened with jyoti . At age of sixteen she was married to her cousin instead on fuffilling her dreams.
After having two children, her situation become worse. She had to work in fields for daily wages of ruppes 5 in order to support her family. But these all situation made her even more stronger, she was ready to stand and fight for her

B.R Ambedkar open university and by 1997 she finished her post graduation degree from Kakatiya university on weekends. She got a special teaching job for salary rs 398 per month. It took her nearly two hours for reaching school during this time she used to sell sarees to her co-passenger so she can make more money. Her struggle made her conscious about time and showed her how to utilize her time more creatively. Soon she started making decent money byt she did not wanted to settle for anything, she wanted to continue to move forward to a higher level. she completed her computer course to get the eligiblility to work in US. She went to US leavinh her family and daughters in a missionary hostel. It was not at all easy decision for jyoti but she had to make scarifies in order to move foreward.
In beginning it was very difficult for jyoti to settle down she had to work in gas station, vedio shop, worked as nanny in order to survive. With the help of her close relative she was able to join company called CS America but it didn’t satyed for long and again she had to go back to her old
