Be aware of your emotions and how you react that makes you think what in your life makes you sad, frustrated, or angry. Try to address those things. Express your feelings in appropriate manner. Let people close to you know when something is triggering you. Keeping feelings of sadness or anger inside adds on to your stress. It can cause bumps in your relationships and at work or school. Think before you speak or act. Emotions can change your perspective whether your happy of sad. Give yourself time to analyze, and be calm before you say or do something you might regret. Manage stress. Try to better any situations causing you stress. Learn relaxation methods to help with stress. These could include meditation, and exercise. Strive for balance. Find a healthy balance between work and play and between activity and alone time. Make time for things that bring joy. Try staying on positive things in your life. We need positive communication with other people. Make a movie night with friends, join a group, and say hi to strangers. Find purpose. Other techniques to reducing stress, is listening to music, pampering yourself a massage/spa day, talking it out to family/friends, baking/cooking, praying/meditating and even playing with your pet.
My emotional wellness I cope with things that are around me. I usually do not communicate about my feelings. Also I really do not talk about my situations because I feel that my personal situations are not worth being shared to others only because I do not trust people easily.
