The most common problem in today’s world in the schools is the lunch program that they now have. Students in which are currently complaining they are not receiving enough to eat at school. Kids do not like the fact that there is no other food choices to pick from anymore. These students are hardly feeling full from these meals. These young age children, and teenagers are required to be receiving the right amount of food. So that children, and teenagers are acquiring the required amount of nutrients that they need to grow, and to be stronger.
But doing that every day when you work or are going to school, can catch up with you very quickly and before you know it you have put on weight and don't feel as good as you would like to. They say that because no single food gives you all of the nutrients you need, eating a variety of foods is essential to good health.” Even if an employee does not have time to eat before work, because they are rushing to be on time or their morning consists of dealing with children, bringing a breakfast that they can eat as soon as they get to work would be a healthy habit to get into. Multi- tasking is possible when eating cereal, fruit and nuts at the same time as checking voicemail or emails. Good nutrition needs to continue throughout the day. Fruits and vegetables, healthy snacks, drinking water or tea to stay hydrated, and eating dairy products all add to well-balanced meals. For example, eating healthy dinners with fish two times a week can vastly improve a person’s well-being because fish has omega 3 fatty acids.

Many people have this idea that eating breakfast contributes to gaining weight but that could be far from the truth. With that being said, it is important that everyone, not just active people, should know that it is important to eat breakfast. For example, starting off with a good breakfast allows us to keep a balance the food eaten later.
