Early College Student Analysis

Please excuse that this response is overdue. I have been trying to collect the needed transfer application material from the appropriate Bard High School Early College (BHSEC) administrators.
After lengthy discussions with the Dean of Studies, Siska Brutsaert, she has adamantly concluded that I have not completed any college credits, after the fulfillment of high school requirements. Therefore, I am not eligible to apply to Cornell University, her alma mater, except as a 2018 freshman.

o The Bard Early College website states *“all high school requirements are fulfilled during the freshman and sophomore (high school) years”. o A screenshot of the specific requirements a Bard student must have completed at the end of 10th grade to qualify for the college academic credit portion is below.
· It is also contrary to the touting in presentations and school tours by both staff and students for the New York City competitive applicants of the completion of high school at the end of the 10th grade so the Associate degree are completed during the next two years.
I am afraid that there may be prejudice involved that is jeopardizing my applications.
According to my online checkoff list, the Bard Early College Administration has yet to send all of the required transfer application items, though submissions had an October schedule.
If possible, I would like a time extension for the lack of required transfer materials as attempts to get definitive answers from the NYC Board of Education have been so frustrating and slow. However, I have no means of knowing a BOE response
