The thought of even driving in the winter can be a taunting and terrifying experience that many people will just avoid in general. Sometimes you wont have a choice, and that’s why I’m writing this essay. Just imagine getting stuck in the middle of a blizzard or nor’easter, and not knowing what to do. Well, you wont have to worry anymore because in this essay I will not only teach you how to drive in wintery conditions, but also in the aftermath of these storms.
The first and probably most important thing to remember is to avoid driving in these conditions at all costs. You’re better off just waiting the storm out. There are many dangers that you will face if you want to leave during a blizzard. Some cars will be able to drive a little bit easier in these conditions then others; these are the 4 wheel drive cars. In a 4x4 (another name for 4 wheel drive), all 4 of the wheels on the car will receive torque from the engine instead of just two such as in a rear wheel drive or front wheel drive vehicle.
