The reason I say that is because I have been hearing different opinions about driving in the winter is better than driving in the summer, and of course, driving in the summer is better than driving in the winter. Although, it depends on what you are driving in and how you drive when driving. I say that because you could drive in the winter and still be cold because you did not turn on your heat. On the other hand, you could drive in the summer and still be hot if you do not let down any windows and or turn on the ac.
