Respect is a positive feeling of strong feeling of pleasure and wonder or respect for a person or other things, and also specific actions and conduct representative of that respect.Respect can be a specific feeling of regard for the actual qualities of the one respected. It can also be conduct in peace with a specific ethic of respect. Respect can be both given and, received. Depending on a person's cultural reference frame, respect can be something that is earned. Respect is often thought of as earned or built over time. Often, continued caring interactions are needed to maintain or increase feelings of respect among people.

Listen to others when they speak. Value other people's opinions. Be considerate of people's likes and dislikes. Don't mock or tease people.Don't talk about people behind their backs. Be sensitive to other people's feelings. Don't pressure someone to do something he or she doesn't want to do. All of these are examples of what to do to show respect.

I myself has learn to respect myself and others, but i think that it doesn’t mean we can just let other people treat us bad just because we know what respect is. If other people don’t know what it is. then we show them by our actions, and by not disrespecting them back because if they see that we are not going to do nothing then they will get it in their mind and not fight back.

Disrespect for me is when you are rude to someone that just wants the best for you, and if you’re talking back to your parent or other adults older that you.
