Class size plays an important part on how well a student does. Many argue what class size is beneficial The smaller the class the more students learn. There is much reason why we should have smaller classrooms.
Students get more individual time with teachers when the classroom is small. This helps students get a better understanding of what they are learning. If a teacher has a larger classroom they wouldn't be able to go help every student that needs help. Smaller classes can actually raise test scores. "San Diego used stimulus dollars to reduce class sizes in it's 30 poorest districts to 16 students in kindergarten through second grade. The result was a rise in test scores from 45% to 56% proficient in English ." As it says in the article Does Class Size really Matter? Written by Rose Arce. Small classes also raise tests scores by over 50% which is amazing! These test scores show that they got a better understanding of what they were taught.
Decreasing class size also means that students can achieve brighter futures. If they get the education they can pursue any job they want, and can their community great. It's very important, students will help their community by being a part of it.Better education leads to a better future.
