As a Project Coordinator, I serve as the primary resource to the California Business Connect Project and support to the Project Director and Project Manager in developing monitoring, and maintaining project documentation on the shared network and the project library. I am also responsible for providing technical and network access support to 31 project team members. I currently plan, organize, and facilitate meetings for team building activities and teleconferences for the California Business Connect Project. I also organize and schedule vendor demo meetings using WebEx, which is software that provides videoconferencing, webinars, online meetings and presentations. I create, prepare and present project related materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and I prepare agendas and draft meeting minutes for 6 meetings using Microsoft Word. I use Microsoft Outlook Task Manager to organize and prioritize all assignments to meet all project deadlines. I use Visio to review, edit and create flow charts. Moreover, I have experience using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro to review, edit and create project documentation that is accessible to project team members. I provided excellent customer service to over 100 pre-paid account holders. I always delivered stellar customer service by striving to resolve any issues customers had. I escalated issues that required supervisory expertise immediately, to reduce customer’s wait time in the phone queue. Whenever I received a call from an irate customer, I remained calm and I assured the customer that I was there to help them. I used this approach to develop and maintain the trust of the customer while assisting them quickly and efficiently. Additionally, I evaluated, analyzed and processed over 150 name availability forms per day via mail. I also organized and prioritized incoming mail placed in my mailbox according to urgency. I am a customer service representative at a health company funded by the state. I hear a lot and a lot is expected from me. My job description consists of talking to members over the phone. I explain about their benefits, services that we offer, obtain personal information, I verify authorization, look for provider and etc. With being the first point of contact I try hard to deliver the best customer service that I possibly can; so that I can show that I really cares about the members.
