Make a plan. Have you ever tried to go on a road trip or vacation without a plan? No. This is no different, make a plan, plot out your course. It is much easier to attain a goal if you have it visualized and you can plot your progess and see if you get off course.
8)Want to manifest quickly? The next step in how to create powerful affirmations is to visualize it. Practice creative visualization techniques; this helps you to see your goals and desires clearly in your mind. This process is one of the most powerful techniques you can use to manifest quickly. This process of creative visualization is very effective, as it will activate brain cells that will now remember this mental image that you are holding, and therefore as the universal conscious or Spirit thought moves through you, it will create that image that you are seeing in your mind.

One of my favorite quotes about creating success is by Napoleon Hill; he states, "No one is ready to receive a thing, until they believe that they can acquire it." Wow, does that not say it all? If you do not believe that you can have something and even more, expect it!!! then you will never succeed. You must believe and expect it, period. If you do not yet truly expect it, then you will not be able to attract what you need in
attitude is just as important as achieving the goal, and one must want to achieve that
I have participated in various groups through my adolescence and young adulthood, several of which had defined rights of passage. The first group I will address is my religion; I am an Episcopalian, and when I was 13 I became confirmed. In the Episcopal church there is a tendency to baptize children soon after birth, so it is a passive acceptance of religion. Once one has matured they have the option to choose the religious sacrament of confirmation. According to the Episcopal Church webpage, confirmation is defined as a mature commitment to Christ, and is affirmed by the bishop of the diocese. Confirmation is also described as the rite of seeking a theology. Therefor, it is considered as a right of passage of young adults throughout the Episcopal

The idea of certainty and self-belief is a that is expressed in many medias. This belief of certainty is usually expressed through phrases such as “You can do it!” What one should wonder is if this self-certainty is really for the best. Afterall, too much of this certainty can lead to rash actions with negative consequences. The solution to this is doubt; not doubting everything that you do, but having a sense of doubt that will level with your certainty, which will give rise to correct and proper actions. Ultimately, certainty and doubt are both concepts in which while they are opposites by definition, one can not prevail without the other. This is the case because too much doubt will prevent moving forward and too much certainty can lead
I am willing to learn and try new things, even if it includes struggling. As of how I can use my growth mindset in this class can start off with willing to learn new types of outlines or learning to extend my vocabulary and writing. Like many I struggle with putting together an essay, but I’m sure that with the mindset I carry and the knowledge of my professor anything can become possible. When it comes to studying, I’ll make sure that takes up more time, and I do it wisely, and as of now my main focus is to successfully and soon finish college and start my career in nursing. With dedication and motivation anything I have planned as now will be worth it on the long run. So, “Do something today that your future self will thank you

People nowadays are lack on having confidence that they can do something; they doubt their own abilities. Self-efficacy is considered to be one of the positive psychology traits that we should adopt and have. It helps us to achieve the goals that we want; it will lead us to success. A person with high self-efficacy can help to work harder and can make their own motivation to achieve their desires. Self-efficacy determines how people feel, think, motivated themselves and behave. This concept is related to the beliefs that people have about their capacity to complete a specific task. (Bandura, 1993, 1994; Bandura & Locke, 2003). But having this self-efficacy, we should make sure that it is connected on our beliefs and not something that we are opposition to. According to Henry
In life, we often look to others for validation, our family, friends, or even strangers. Throughout life, as we evolve, validation plays a prominent role in all of our lives. From a young age we are taught to see approval and validation from others. In fact, as children, we are taught to look to our parents for a smile or a nod of reassurance and approval for our choices. This teaches us that throughout life, we should look to others for their validation for confirmation. From a young age we are taught to compulsively seek others approval, however, when evaluating why we seek validation, we find that validation and approval is found within.

Because they are consistent, often unconscious patterns, they constantly, daily express our character and produce our effectiveness…or ineffectiveness.” (Covey 46)
