Corruption is a form of attitude which separates from ethics, morality, tradition, law. Its origins are related to injustice, mistrust and it generates a sense of distrust. Corruption is dishonorable actions that destroys people’s belief in the person or group. It means any misappropriation of a situation of trust in order to achieve an irrelevant advantage. Nowadays, we can easily see the spread of corruption in many sphere of life, especially in higher education. People often compare it with the cancer that wracks public life. It is possible the only public sector that has the maximal effect on the young’s values and worthies about good and evil, right and wrong, legal and illegal. In addition, higher education has a harsh influence on the selection of the noble and, thus, the people’s upcoming leadership. The significance of these functions of higher education for the clear future of society is enormous. When corruption mediates with the core parts of higher education, it tends to sabotage the way of life of nation by finally impressing its youths. For example, In Georgia, professors are stated to pass out price lists for passing exams. In fact, student purchase their way through education, paying for every exam and, in the end, a diploma. If the rules and regulations decline to discourage the corruption in many other areas, basically they can have the same ineffectiveness at the end. From point of my view, there are specific prophylactic measure related to corruption are based on: 1) constructive reforms to decrease benefits of corruption,2)Generating corruption committee,3) unity-For instance, if all students complain about one teacher, there should be created a court against that teacher,4) measures necessary to mainly get ahead of corruption experience. Corruption in education influences a lot of people than corruption in other sectors and it impacts the development prospective of the entire country. Corruption on higher education linked to basic results includes: it leads to students’ illiteracy, it gets out of poor people chance from their hands, affects to the development of young society. According to my view, the best way to prevent corruption on higher education is to enhance the quantity, quality and effectiveness of education and to make better entrance to the education sector, thus underpinning the sustainability of education
