Consumer psychology is "the study of individuals, groups, or organizations and the processes they use to select, secure, use, and dispose of products, services, experiences, or ideas to satisfy needs and the impacts that these processes have on the consumer and society." (L.Perner, Ph.D, 2010) This particular examination is the study of how specialists evaluate how all individuals decide on their purchasing decision making. How they choose, lock, and place their products, services, and understandings. Consumer behavior and communication go hand in glove with consumer psychology; this type of psychology research describes your individuality. Consumer psychology researchers focus on the behavior of shopping trends, how consumers are influenced by society, and how they can influence decisions through the use of marketing communication.
This type of psychology has a great advantage for organizations. In today’s generation, organizations can now analyze behavior through the use of social media; they can monitor behavior by reviewing feedback a well as analyzing online shopping habits. With online research and development, organizations can retrieve essential material from existing customers as well as track down competitor’s costumers and their behavior. Researchers examining consumer psychology have an understanding of behavior with the information they retrieve, the more they know about individuals’ habits, the better they are able to foresee their behavior.
What leverages awareness and attitude also influences behavior. When organizations focus on individuals and the way they think, believe, feel, and perceive in products, they expose what distinguishes their products and or services in the minds of consumers. Understanding how ...

Deprived of the understanding of this type of psychology it would be challenging to have an idea of how organization should communicate or at least create content for their targeted audience. With the examination of how individuals think, feel, believe, and pursue marketing communication strategies would be easy to create and follow. Organizations should establish rules and procedures to uphold and protect marketing communication. Once they know who they are targeting, then they can decide how to communicate with them in order to execute their plan. When engaged consumers are attracted to the product because of what it makes them feel like and how they look, they will attract others who will want to feel the same (Olenski, S. (2013).
