Some of the jobs you can get with little to no job experience or a high school diploma. You could start off as a construction helper with little to no job experience and only a high school diploma. Then on the other hand you could be a Construction manager which you would need a college degree to obtain, and of course you will make more money if you were to go to college and get your degree and then start working in the construction field. Other requirements might include safety training, NCCER certifications, a TWIC card, ect. These things will also help you earn more money while working depending on what company you are working for.
