This paper will talk about the role of communication in the strategic and program planning process, which is necessary for managing a multidisciplinary and multicultural health care system to boost organizational effectiveness. As the report expounds, the reason as to why some health care organization become successful is because of effective management. Communicate is an important concept that carries out planning, strategies and organizations mainly through the ability to encourage coordination between managers and staff. Verbal communication is a perfect way to help a company to accomplish goals or encourage others to create goals. Communicating also provides the distinction between organizations and employees.
In today’s healthcare industry, organization managers are responsible for sharing information with other staff to achieve their goals. Communication helps the organizational members to establish both personal and organizational goals. Every head department manager should utilize goals to their staff members; this will allow staff members to create goals and a successful organization. In order to have good employee relations, there must be an effective communication process between the executive and the employees. Effective communication in a health care system can only be achieved by putting in place mechanisms that facilitate efficient and complaint resolutions. On the other hand, lack of proper communication between the conductors and the employee may result to mistrust of the management. The team has to contain factual plans, the correct viewpoint, the correct tools and the best planning partners. There will always be tribulations when making strategic choices. The formulation of a strategy as well as the implementation of a strategy is extremely important. Management should focus on forecasting, planning, and business strategies that can create wealth for a company in the industry as it helps in formulation of control.
