In 1850s, Australian Gold rush attracted many Chinese immigrants to move to Australia as gold miners. However, Australian did not accept Chinese in their community. One of the most efficient methods for reducing Chinese immigrant was introducing new policy called ‘White Australian Policy’ in 1949. Kamp (2013) stated that this policy restricted Asian immigrants to migrate to Australia and established racism ideologies. According to Gao (2011), in the next three decades around 1972, after Whitlam government has been elected, this ‘White Australian Policy’ was abolished. This paper argues that Chinese immigrants took steps against racism in order to survive and have successful career in Australia. It also explains about the Chinese roles to build Australia as multicultural country. It will based on the reason of Chinese to migrate to Australia, the difficulties that Chinese immigrants faced, the government policies, the strategy of Chinese entrepreneurship and finally this paper will discuss about Chinese multicultural effect in Australia.

D. Conclusion:
In conclusion, this paper has explored the strategy that Chinese immigrants used for living in Australia. Chinese immigrants came from different background. While, some of them came to Australia as refugee, others came as skilled immigrant under Business Migration Program. However, both of them had the same purpose, to get opportunity in life.
On the other hand, refugees who came in 1970s found discrimination from Australian. They also had to follow government’s policy that asked for unskilled immigrants to return to their country.
The difficulties that Chinese should be faced, encourage them to find solution to be survive in Australia. They learned Australian economic strategies like three major capitals, which “knew whom, knew why and knew how”. It meant that they must know their career purpose, and then built up their own career and knew about career proficiency. These strategies could help them to be accepted in Australian community and became successful entrepreneurship. In addition, they did not only eligible to live in Australia, but they also spread their own culture and built Australian as multicultural
