To be a peak performer, that means one would have to step outside his or her comfort zone. A peak performer are also creative thinkers and are very versatile. To be a peak performer means that that particular person is willing to take on responsibility. The thought of failure does not stop a peak performer. Peak performers are life long learners. To be a peak performer, a person must be willing to work through their mistakes. For one to be a peak performer, one would have to have a clear vision, a meaning, and a purpose. A peak performer always works towards strengths and talents. A peak performer has the ability to manage their mind, mental flexibility, recovery, and relaxation.(Mentalcompass.com) To be a peak performer , a person will have to be motivated, practice essential skills, as well as identifiying solutions and persevere.

It is beneficial to know that I am a visual learner due to the fact I have to visually see things for myself to understand and learn it. Growing up I have always been a visual learner. I found this inventory to be correct because of they way that I am , and how I take things in. When trying an auditory learning method, one big problem I struggle with is being able to pay attention long enough. By obtaining the confirmation on my preferred learning method, I can broaden my learning method by practicing the other learning methods outside of visual learning. I believe that I can open my learning styles by tring the other methods. After reading the learning method I think I will do good if I tried kinesthetic, being that I can see it as well as being hands

Coaches should have an arrangement of fundamental abilities that they depend on to produce a positive outcome. Definition of a coach from the American Heritage Dictionary, Third Edition (page 167) One who trains or directs an individual or team, to train or instruct teach a team. The goal behind coaching is to exhibit the ability to get the most out of everyone on the team. It should be a goal to bring out the greatest potential from every team member. "The Little Book of Coaching, Motivating People to be Winners" by Ken Blanchard and Don Shula (2001) gives a great acronym of the word C-O-A-C-H. The acronym breaks down as follows: Conviction Driven: never compromise your beliefs-Overlearning: practice until it is perfect-Audible-Ready: know when to change-Consistency: respond predictably to performance-Honesty-Based: walk your talk. Great “leaders are made, not born” (Skrhak, 2014). A great leader motivates and influences a team to reach seemingly impossible goals. A great leader has a compelling sense of purpose and duty. Great leaders portray excellence and in return they expect no less than excellence. An effective and great leader is not defined by only personality, but by their values, ability and skills, and leadership style.

Even if we forget about the environment we still have to consider biology as the unique feature in each of us. We usually don 't take into account the fact that all our learning abilities, our concentration and focus abilities are intricately tied into the chemical processes of our body. Cognitive science tells that our consciousness and mind is not localized but an extension of the higher thinking processes, also known as Embodied cognition (Eleanor Rosch et al., 1991) . So, we need to recognize what process or strategy makes it easier for our mind-body to process information. So, it is important to include the body into any learning strategy we apply. Hence the need to include kinaesthetic or active experience based learning into our teaching
The learning styles test identified me as a tactile-kinesthetic learner, meaning that I learn best by doing, rather than listening or seeing. This means that I need to adapt my studying to methods that correlate with this style. Some of the suggestions given by the Abiator’s active classroom website seemed useful and relevant, such as using flashcards while pacing the room, while others seemed absurd, such as covering my workspace in colored construction paper.

When I think of the word "Peak Performer", I often like to break down words to discover the essence of the word. The word peak, is a high point or most important point or level (dictionary.com), the greatest level of anything. A performer, is someone who is doing something, putting in action. So putting those two definitions together seems to suggest a person that is performing on a high level. Peak performers, in my opinion, are those who strive to do their very best, those who give their all to a specific task. Peak performers are creative and innovative people who easily adapt and adjust to evolving change rather it be at work, in school or the community. Peak performers are ambitious in every pursuit. Everyone has different learning styles. Learning styles are important because they help you better understand materials in classes. They are there to guide you and become a better student. Learning styles help you better grasp the material and better process it through your brain. When learning you want to do what is most beneficial for you. That is why there is many different learning styles to suit every person. There is three different types of learning styles categorized. The first learning style is auditory. Auditory is meant for individuals that enjoy asking questions, talking and listening, as well as like to read out loud. Visual learners are more interested in charts, graphs, neat surroundings, seeing rather than hearing, and are pictured to be timid as they read to themselves rather than out loud. Finally there is the kinesthetic learning style. Kinesthetic is to touch, to feel, and usually learn by doing.

A teacher should evaluate her classroom to see what kind of learners she has in her classroom to be more a more effective teacher.
