Teachers sometimes have a lot of challenges that arise in the classroom on a daily basis. To help solve some of these problems the teacher needs to be resourceful and innovative, because the classroom setting affects how a learner learns. Some of the challenges that a teacher faces in the classroom are:
• Overcrowded Classrooms:
Overcrowded classrooms lead to the educator not being able to give each learner the adequate attention which they require. Also during lessons not all the learner’s engage/participate.
Example: In a class of 30 the teacher can divide the learner’s into 3 groups of 10. Group 1 can work closely with the teacher focusing on work they are struggling with, Group 2 can read through notes, course material and work online to complete any work they were assigned, Group 3 can work on a group project they were assigned, and use computers to do their research. …show more content…

This will also allow the teacher to give the learner’s the attention they require. It will also encourage all the learner’s to participate. Different software can be used such as Kahoot, Plickers, iBooks as well as Class dojo to keep track of learner’s progress. All of the software mentioned can be accessed from any device, from cell phone to laptop.
• Insufficient Funds:
In some schools funding is a big problem which leads to lack of resources and materials. At times there might not be enough books for all the learner’s and printing might be a problem because paper costs a lot or there are not enough funds to take learner’s on a field trip.
This can be solved by getting the community involved, the community can donate funds. The school can create a website where the community and anyone else who would like to donate can see what they will be donating to and the results of their
