INTRODUCTION
“DIGIMART” is basically a lead management system. A lead is the one who is interested in our company or company services. Lead management software is used to transfer a lead to client for the company. It is a step to qualify our leads, nurturing them to further conversions, and connecting them with a salesperson when the time is right.

3.1 USERS
Administrator (Masteradmin):
A single administrator will manage the whole application. He creates the managers (superadmin), also he assigns the sender_id and working_key to the superadmins to manage the campaigns
Managers(Superadmin):
Managers creates the campaigns and manages the admins under him. They launch the campaigns in google and assigns some admins to those campaign to manage the campaign, campaigns will have API keys given by superadmin.
Agents(Admin) :
Admin manages the users, the leads from online landing pages come to admin later he assigns them to users under him or he himself can manage those leads.

The Manager is the person who ensures the whole team work within the organisations vision, mission and objectives and monitors the overall progress of achievement within the policies and procedures of the company. Any organization needs to be managed, even a one-person company has to be managed. A manager has four key responsibilities: 1) planning, 2) organizing, 3) leading, and 4) controlling. Management can also be defined as the function that determines how the organization?s human, financial, physical, informational, and technical resources are arranged and coordinated to perform tasks towards achievement of strategic goals.
In these organizations, managers mainly are responsible to supervising the work performance of the group members and deciding the use of resources to achieve the organization¡¦s goal.
