Chick-fil-A has much recompense over chipotle. For one it additionally has a fast food pick-up window; whereas, chipotle only has the walk in and order restaurant. With the upper hand of this Chick-fil-A has a higher quality food/fast food than many other fast food restaurants or chipotle. At the business-level chick-fil-A’s strategy may include advertising and marketing to help escalate their brand recall. Also, at the corporate-level chick-fil-A’s strategy may include established brand, sponsorship to numerous sports events, and successful advertising campaign- for example, ‘Eat morchickin’.

As Chick-fil-A revolves around religious standards and values; this allows the company to stand out of the mass from their nearby and distant competitors. The image is based on the stand of their religious beliefs; therefore, their religious reputation sets the company on a pedestal so that customer’s impression as if the higher prices are worth the faithful, welcoming customer services, and quality food.
Priorities- One of the priorities of Chick-fil-A is being closed on Sunday; it elevates the company’s image and their show of their religious beliefs and values. In 1946 two brothers, Ben and Truitt Cathy, opened a diner in Atlanta Georgia called the Dwarf House Grill. The Dwarf House served a variety of typical grill food that included everything from burgers to hot dogs. All of that changed in 1961 when a poultry supplier stopped buy and sold Mr. Cathy chicken breast that were too large for the trays that they typically cooked the chicken on. Truitt Cathy decided that he did not want to throw out the chicken so he breaded the chicken and put it in the pressure fryer. He realized that he could cook the chicken in the same amount of time that it took to cook a hamburger and it tasted great. He had hamburger buns and pickles in the restaurant already and this is how the first chicken sandwich was made. In 1967 the first Chick-Fil-A store was opened in Atlanta’s Greenbrier Shopping Center and in 1986 the first freestanding franchise was opened. Today there are more than one thousand seven hundred Chick-Fil-A restaurants in thirty nine states. One of the ways that Chick-Fil-A has been able to make their company a success is through their unique approach to customer service. They are able to provide excellent customer service by turning individuals into team players. Teams can be seen in the hiring process, community involvement, national sponsorship, knowing what customers want, and cooperate culture. All of these different teams lead to excellence in customer service.
Publix has used its commitment to employees and consumers to differentiate itself in food retail market. Its biggest competitors are CVS, Kroger, Walgreens, and Wal-Mart. By staying committed to its mission and providing quality goods and service to customers, Publix has been able to maintain and build a good company reputation. Fast-food franchises are an important part of many high schools income. This money, provided by the students, goes towards extra academics, sports, even art and music programs. When high schools could just as easily serve the same portions of regular school cafeteria food, and make the same amount of revenue by charging the same price.
