The workplace bullying can be defined as inappropriate interpersonal behaviors that workers are subjected to by virtue of their employment. That includes such things as persistent and unjustified criticism, constant scrutiny of work or unfair allegations of incompetence insubordination or ongoing criticism threats or behavior towards a person that intimidate humiliate and undermine their capacity to do their work. The consequence of bullying is that it undermines the dignity and self-worth of individuals who become less productive may suffer trauma-related illnesses then loss of productive time. Beside that, type of aggression is particularly difficult because, unlike the typical forms of school bullying, workplace bullies often operate within the established rules and policies of their organization and their society. Bullying in the workplace is in the majority of cases reported as having been perpetrated by someone in authority over the target. However, bullies can also be peers, and on occasion can be subordinates. The bullying can be covert or overt. It may be missed by superiors or known by many throughout the organization. Negative effects are not limited to the targeted individuals, and may lead to a decline in employee morale and a change in company culture.
The organizational justice refers to employee perceptions of fairness in the workplace. The decisions and actions and how these influence the employees own attitudes and behaviors at work. These perceptions can be classified into three categories distributive, procedural, and interactional.

According to Wikipedia, “justice is a concept of moral rightness based on ethics, rationality, law, natural law, religion, equity and fairness, as well as the administration of the law, taking into account the inalienable and inborn rights of all human beings and citizens, the right of all people and individuals to equal protection of their civil rights, without discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, color, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, and / or other characteristics" (Wikipedia). Essentially, “justice is the quality of being impartial, fair, and just” (Pollsky, 2012, p.53). Furthermore, the act of being just is derived from the latin word “jus” which translates to matters involving laws or rules (Pollsky, 2012, p.53). “Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me.” These words have been repeated countless times, but they are not accurate. In truth, words can kill. Bullying has become a highlighted problem within our society, and bullying in the school systems is even more prominent. According to the news, there are countless cases of bullying, many of which do not have happy endings. The rates of suicide due to bullying are currently higher than they have ever been before. Suicide is the third top causes of death in young people within the United States, averaging at 4,400 deaths a year, with over 50% of these deaths as a result of some sort of bullying. Studies also show that there are 100 suicide attempts for every one successful suicide performed (“Bullying and Suicide”). These numbers are disturbingly high. Bullying is affecting more kids in ways that some adults may never understand. The fact that words and actions can lead to cutting and suicides is still a distant concept to some and needs to be brought to immediate attention. Laws are now being put into place to prevent these tragedies, but what is really being done to prevent them within the schools or even within the students’ homes? There is a lot of finger pointing when it comes to this topic. But we all want to know what the cause is behind this nationwide crisis and who is responsible for it.
To summarise , In our planet and all over the world , bullying is a severe issue that is often that is interpreted as “ being strong and cool” , however this behaviour affects physical health , mental health and so on. It can have drastic changes in children’s life . Also workplace bullying is a serious problem. Whole of society should be concerned at the effect on the mental health. Say STOP TO BULLYING .
