One good thing about Brockton High School is this program called Upward Bound. Upward Bound is basically a program that prepares you for college throughout your 4 years in Brockton High School. It provides support to high school students so they may complete high school, enroll in college, and successfully obtain a college degree. It is mostly for families with a low income background and students whose parents did not attend college. Upward Bound is part of the Federal TRIO Programs, which include Upward Bound, Veterans Upward Bound, Talent Search, Student Support Services, Ronald McNair Post-Baccalaureate Program, and Upward Bound Math and Science.
