Often life can be hard because you have two roads in which will direct you to the right choice or the wrong one. They are called decisions you may be trying to find a solution to an unknown answer. Facing important life decisions is a part of our destiny. It helps us mold into the human beings we are today. Generally these decisions are part of our personal journeys. It leads an individual’s fate effect directly or indirectly. Once we decide we can’t look back, just keep looking forward because after one door closes another one opens. You might just be surprised what life has in store for you.

As I got ready to face one of the hardest experiences of my life. It was my first day of my high school junior year. I saw him walking, my sadness deteriorates once again it was like trying to remember someone you never knew. We are practically like strangers, a cold breeze stung upon my body. I remember rushing myself through the hallways trying to find some sign of him. I looked here and there and no one, it killed me. My heart and mind were set to finding him and assembling things. Trying over is so hard and living without him I could do but I preferred not to. Two of my friends assembled upon me, we walked into the cafeteria my hands shaking my heart beating faster than ever before. I lifted my head up and there was. Trying my best not to look his way but I couldn’t resist I had to. Meanwhile he didn’t say anything but a simple hello and the hardest goodbye. Warning bell rings the sign of first period about to start. I gathered my stuff and walked out with my friends shaking my legs biting my nails so insecure, anxious to get out and look at him again. I looked at the clock constantly, never the less the bell rings rushing myself out of the classroom. There was no sign of him my sadness was eating me alive. Imagining if we were together he would be out there waiting for me. I may have lost my best friend at the time but I am okay now. Wounds heal over time, but during the process you don’t know any better. Life is weird sometimes you wonder why, but it has its moments where you wouldn’t trade it for anything. But I am doing fine, life is great to me. I have an awesome job, great friends, and people who love and care about me. I don’t know much about him expect he has a great girlfriend and he is a father. What I learned is that at the end of the day you get stronger, and you learn from all the mistakes you have done in the past. Trying every day to learn to love you, trying not to depend on anyone other than yourself. At the end of the always think about you, and only you. Make sure that you can love yourself because you can love anyone else. Someday, someone will make you realize why it didn’t work out with that certain
