SSgt Recupero, it has been over 5 months now since you joined 834 COS/DOB flight. During this period, you have been integrating with our unit and extending your technical and professional knowledge, skills, and experience. The purpose of this Memorandum is to provide you with guidance for the current reporting period in conjunction with Air Force Form 931. 2. To fulfill its’ mission effectively and efficiently the US Air Force is a constantly changing. Meanwhile, Cyber Warfare realm changes even quicker. Nevertheless, Airmen are the driving force of the Air Force. We (Airmen) are counted on a daily basis to perform functions of warriors, wingmen, mentors, skilled technicians and well educated professionals. Duties of NCO don’t stop after duty day is over. Taking into consideration the nature of our unit’s mission, there are going to be times when we have to stay late in order to address issues negatively impacting team, flight, or squadron performance. We never leave an Airman behind! Just because you have accomplished all your tasks for the day, check in with your fellow Airmen and leadership to see if they need help with accomplishing their tasks. The team’s success depends on the success of individual team member and team member’s success depends on the success of the team. 5. Professional Appearance not only applies to our uniform. The way a person maintains his or her work environment says a lot about a person’s work and ethics. Don’t simply assume that the professional appearance of our shared work environment is someone else’s job. It is everyone’s job. If you see overflowing trashcan, don’t simply walk by it. Be pro-active! Maintain your own work environment free of clutter, dirt, dust, or debris. Turn off your computer monitors and disconnect your headphones when they are not in use, or leaving for the
